Alex showed up and I had a little issue with getting the garage door open with a broken spring. It was the only access to get in the garage. He didn't hesitate and found a way to get the door open . I was given a couple options and I chose just to have the springs replaced. Alex was very professional and had my garage door in working condition in a very reasonable time. My first thought was to repair it myself. Looking up what the parts were going to cost and the extra tools needed for the job plus my time. It was a easy decision to call a professional. Plus this was on Labor day.

Wow! What a great experience with Precision Garage Door and Service Technician, Mike Greek. The problem with our garage door happened the day before Labor Day. I went to the website and found that Precision Garage Door was scheduling service calls on Labor Day!! I put in my information and scheduled for 10:00 AM service call on Labor Day. Mike Greek arrived right on time and patiently listened to my description of the problem. He thoroughly explained what he would do to solve the problem. He also said he would inspect the entire garage door to see if there were any other issues. He torqued all the attachment screws anchoring the garage door tracks to door frames. Mike was very professional and personable. All of this was done at a very reasonable price.

My garage door broke when 2 broom handles interrupted the closing of my door. Thought I could bypass, but that only made things worse. I manually closed the door & called Precision. They promptly came out next morning, estimated, & then fixed within the 2 hours allotted. Brian was extremely professional, courteous, & helpful. I'm set for some time now. Paul Montgomery was our technician. He was excellent. He pointed out everything that was happening with our garage door and gave us an estimate for the job. Precision did a great job helping us pick out and install our new garage doors. They look great. A good value and they make an immediate impact on how nice your house looks. Mitch and Rafael were awesome on the install process. They arrived right on time and within a few hours we had brand new doors installed and all keypads/remotes were working. A new garage door opener was also installed. Very friendly and professional guys. The process was very easy.

Great job, done with Precision!! James,our Field Service Technician, was polite, knowledgeable, and fast. I had installed several garage openers myself years ago. He made this all look so easy, and I learned alot. He could tell just by looking at it that it was binding in one corner. He adjusted the rail and the opener pressure, and replaced the seals. Done in about an hour, and cost less than I thought it would. Would definitely chose Precision again. ...............Joe

Adam performed a repair on our garage door and carefully explained what was going on, what was needed, where it was appropriate to upgrade to better materials, e/g a stainless steel cable vs. a steel cable that could rust, and at the end showed us how to properly keep the door lubricated and in good functioning order. Overall, we're incredibly happy with the service we received.

Jameson was right on time and quickly replaced the broken cable and the rusted brackets & rollers. He took the time to thoroughly explain the repair options and costs prior to starting the work and provided some good maintenance information once it was completed. Jim was the service rep that came to our home. Very polite and courteous young man. He knew what to do to get our door back in service and gave us a quote for a new door. I didn’t know ho to call for the repair. Superior Garage Door came up in the internet, read a couple reviews and made the call. . We decided to use Superior Garage Door because of the professional way Jim treated us. Hopefully the installers are as good as Jim

Colton phoned his arrival time and was on-time or early He described and showed ( pictures ) of all the issues with hinges/rollers/cables rusted. Fixed agreed upon immediate concerns and showed what needed further intervention and discussed time /cost for remainder of work. Pleasant -quite capable and pleasant.

I had my garage door tuned up, with some new rollers and a new plate designed to reinforce a bracket. Brian the service tech was really good and explained everything well. He answered questions that I had.

Paul did an excellent job fixing the broken spring on my garage door. He kept me updated on his arrival time and when the first set of springs he put on didn't work quite right, Paul made sure to make it right by removing them and installing a heavier set of springs. I will use Precision again if I have any other problems with my garage doors.

Jim came to service my manual garage door. Prior times I was told that I could not have opener installed because of a support beam in my garage. However , Jim was able to modify the track and install an opener. Jim was very knowledgeable and professional. I am very happy with his service.
