We had a great experience with Precision. Our spring broke on our garage door Saturday morning. I was able to set up an appointment through the website for later that day. The Tech called me 20 minutes before the scheduled time and told me when he was going to be arriving. He was thorough in explaining what happened and what my options were. Chad was thorough and explained recommended maintenance as well as repairing our issue. Chad (who should get an Employee of the Year award) came to our house on a Saturday afternoon and, in a very short time, solved ALL of our garage door remote control problems (we have lots of vehicles and lots of remotes and we struggled with trying to program our cars to open the garage doors; the door pads (on the outside of the garage) stopped working - anyway, it was a mass of trouble! Chad straightened it all out, lubricated our doors (now they HUM instead of GROAN) and while doing so he regaled us with tales of his pool playing!! (IF he comes out, ask him to show you the video of a CRAZY game-winning shot he made!!!) The price was fantastic and everything was quickly done and it felt like we spent 1/2 hour with a friend. We HIGHLY recommend Precision... and CHAD!

I can't say enough good things about the experience I just had: my initial call was answered right away, the operators were very courteous and helpful, the service call was conveniently scheduled, and the communication with the technician was perfect. Although I or my tenants were not available to be on-site, I appreciated the email informing me that the technician, James Magaard, was on the way. He also called to let me know, as is part of the service process. If I need garage door service in the future, I will request James. He was so friendly and knowledgeable. The service costs were very reasonable. I highly recommend using Precision Garage Door Twin Cities!

Precision team do deserve the high ratings they have I have my opener keeps opening by itself, i called Alex from Precision showed in the same day at the time they said, took one hour of diagnostics, reset the codes, explained the actions he will perform, and the next action by costs in case problem persists, their cost for repair is very fair, i do recommend them
