Had an on time technician come to my home. Was very thorough and walk me through the steps and options for the problem I was having on my garage door. Had a great instal and adjusted my main door spot on! Also over the top with mounting the door opener on heavy duty brackets. Door was repaired but cost was extremely high Tech-Chad came out and repaired door -around 5 hundred Door worked- figured ok needed it done Four days later power outage in area due to storm,tried to open door manually- would not work called and got another tech Bret he came out and could not get it to operate manually.He tried many things but with Little success- I lost it - he worked on it but still no success so he proposed that for $500.00 he would send another Tech the following day to fix it Next day Chad shows up and fixes door for $500.00 So for $1000.00 dollars, I get my door fixed—— Question. What did Chad do in 1st repair that caused the door to not open manually. Was attempted repair measures done during Bert’s work cause higher cost to get door operable. I have heard good reviews about Prescision but this doesn’t sound like good business practices

Thank you for letting us know of your experience. I'm sorry it is less than stellar, but letting us know is valuable as it helps us improve. We have had a chance to look over this situation and do see that on our first visit that many items were causing issues in our Condition Report and and estimate was given to address all of the issues, yet the repair authorized only addressed part of the problem. The next visit was from our Manager, who tried to make it work, but the rest of the repairs were necessary as well. We are sorry that you are not happy with the way this all worked out, but hope that you are happy with the end result. We back our work and our products and trust they will serve you well for the future. Should you have any further questions, do not hesitate to call.

We had two new garage door openers installed by Alex. The whole process was excellent. Scheduling was easy (the dispatcher was able to get me an appointment on the same day) and the technician Alex was knowledgeable, friendly, efficient, on time and did a fantastic job with the installation. I lost my garage door opener and had high anxiety that someone would find it and access my home. I called last night at 11pm and Brian Bergstrom came by today at noon. He helped me program new remotes and even discovered a need to change cables on my garage door that would have lead to mechanical failure in the future. Originally called because my springs broke. I was a little leery at first since I had to go through 2 recorded messages before getting a Rep. But the Service Rep. Colton made up for it. He was at my door in 40 minutes. He surveyed the situation, pointed out that a few hinges were tearing and the rollers were blown (which I expected). I decided to change it all and put in a new opener since mine was over 25 years old. Colton was done and cleaned up in a little over 2 hours. Great service! To top it off, when he called me out to test the unit, there was a pronounced squeak near the end. Honestly, I would have attributed it to new equipment but he spent another 5 minutes replacing a roller and aligning the track. Above and beyond.

2nd time I've used Precision Garage Door and the service was excellent again. On time, with necessary parts, done in a timely fashion. Tech gave me maintenance advice (requested). I went with more expensive options so repair was more than before. I think quality service justifies a higher cost. I doubt this company and it's technicians get many come backs since they encourage doing it right the first time.

John arrived an hour early, (on a holiday day!) and immediately identified and fixed the problem. He explained very clearly what probably caused the problem and added an extra protective device to insure it doesn't happen again. Brian is absolutely the best!! Our garage spring broke late on Friday afternoon and yet Brian arrived Saturday exactly at the time we were given. He was so professional, efficient, and knowledgeable. Brian gave us options and didn't pressure us to make decisions. He went above and beyond to install electronic eyes that addressed the issues he noticed and we discussed.
