Chad was an excellent tech, took me through the options we had and was very thorough. We ended up post-poning anything today in order to have a full door replacement and sales team come out as our door is 30 years old and needs complete replacement. I could not recommend them enough, the ease of schedule and text communication was top flight.

Precision Garage folks are life savers. Our tech Chuck stepped up to a difficult task of helping us fix our opener after a different company had claimed our garage issues were due to a faulty spring without conducting a complete inspection. $800 later on springs, rollers and cables: our garage was still not closing properly. It was clear we needed to get someone else to help us. Chuck came in, assessed the situation so accurately and created a thorough report giving my fiancé and I options. Not even an hour later, we had a new garage opener with a lifetime warranty and it closed better than previously! He even replaced the rollers that were rusted (we were told these were new…) and fixed our spring (which turned out to not be the correct size so it needed adjustments). He did these adjustments for free. Go with Precision. You will not regret it.

Holy overpriced, Batman! We got quoted for $600 to repair a single torsion coil spring. We went with another company who got it done for $290. Another reviewer complained that they charge $85 for a truck roll just to get a quote, and we had the same experience. I'm sure they do a fine job, but they should be more transparent and up-front about their pricing.

Our garage door repair with Shawn was excellent. He made adjustments in the travel setting for a persistent but intermittent issue with the door reversing after closing. He checked all other possible issues and assessed the condition of our 20 year old garage door and LiftMaster motor in addition to lubricating all moving parts of the door. This was the first time it was repaired. We are aware of issues that may develop in the future, especially in the Motor circuit board as it ages. We will certainly call Precision for any further work. Thank you again for solving this frustrating problem.
