I had a jammed garage door that wouldn't move. I called Precision Door Service who sent out a technician that same afternoon. Devon Nelson arrived early, freed up the door and tuned it up. I'm very pleased with the service and excellent work that Devon performed.

Jason came to my house today to look at my garage door. It was a great experience. He called about twenty minutes before he came. When he came, he went through everything in a very thorough way. And, finally, the fix went well, and he went through the inspection of the door in a way that I could easily understand. In all, it was a great customer experience.

I called three places and I am very glad I went with Precision. Phone call to schedule was very easy and NOT pushy at all. Our tech Erik gave me a call about 20 mins out and when he arrived he was very friendly and professional. He quickly explained to me what the issue was and provided me with a VERY REASONABLE quote...he was done with everything in about an hour and my garage door now works great. Will use again and would highly recommend.

When I called Precision Door Service, it was because our garage door was occasionally taking multiple tries to close all the way. Not an emergency by any means, but they still were able to send a technician out to us on the same day and he actually arrived within an hour of my phone call! Eli was very helpful and showed me what the problem was and how to fix it in the future. It was an easy fix, but he was very nice about it! He also showed me a few things to look out for in the future. Thank you, Eli!

Eli was great! Courteous, professional, respectful, knowledgeable, prompt. Fixed what was wrong, left alone what was working. Made some suggestions but wasn’t pushy about extra products or services, and the garage door that broke yesterday now works like a dream. Most important: As a single female homeowner, I get a lot of condescension from service and repair people. But Eli talked to ME, not my boyfriend (who was there too), and was informative without calling my intelligence into question. I will be using Precision for all my garage door needs from now on, and will be recommending it to friends.

Great service! Had a new door installed in February and we needed a repair done. Within minutes of calling I had a technician coming within within the hour. Tom one of the ownerS came out, assessed the issue and didn’t have what he needed in his truck, but tracked down someone near by, got the part and came back to repair. Outstanding level of service! The constant email and text follow up is amazing! And to have a picture of the tech coming gives piece of mind to open your door to the right person. Thank you for your fabulous level of service!

Excellent customer service. Phone calls were answered promptly and followed up with email or text. Technician (Jason) was very personable, professional and knowledgeable.
