I experienced a problem with my newly installed garage door system. I couldn’t get the door to close. I called for a technician to take a look. A very knowledgeable and friendly young man came right away; in less than 3 hours. He immediately knew what was the problem; the sensors needed some adjustments. In other words, the door wasn’t going down because the system was doing what it was suppose to be doing. He explained everything and helped me to understand the menu. He corrected the time and also explained if this were to ever happened again how I could get the door to close. Excellent job and I am so pleased with my new door!

I’m still amazed by how seamless it was working with Precision. In truth, I’m writing it down because I still don’t quite believe it. My ancient belt drive finally called it a day and after an attempted home repair somehow made that worse, Precision had an appointment scheduled and the unit totally replaced in under two hours. Chad did an impeccable job installing the unit, replacing some bad wiring from the 20th century, and explaining everything clearly so that I knew exactly what to expect. The person on the phone who set up the appointment was similarly pleasant to work with and a consummate professional. I won’t even consider going with a company other than Precision for anything having to do with my garage in the future. Thanks!

The tech came and didn’t attempt to repair or even check what was wrong. He right away said it wasn’t fixable because of the older springs. He was more worried about writing up and estimate for over 4000.00 for a new door. I declined, went to you tube to troubleshoot if it was my springs. It wasn’t. I was able to get it working myself. I called for him to Fix not try and sell me a new door, or at least really legit try to fix 1st before he tried to make a sale. Wondering if he even knew how to do any kind of repair.

When we came home on a Friday night and put our truck away, and the garage door fell to the floor, we felt like we were stuck until Monday. Let's just say i had a mishap with my garage door late in the afternoon. Precision Garage Door was able to schedule a repair for the following morning. The technician showed up promptly the next morning and made the necessary repairs as well suggesting a few upgrades to the repair that i opted for. He made the repairs and the door is working fantastic!

I would not recommend as we were pressured to purchase components that were not needed. Needed 2 springs replaced and the cost of one was more then we paid for parts and labor from the company we went with. Something to know is that the techs likely make commissions from the sales. Buyer beware. Was also bombarded with requests to submit a review.

We've used Precision Garage Door on several occasions, for both our primary home as well as a rental property. Last evening we had a component from our home Garage Door Opener break, leaving the door inoperable. I called Precision Door at approximately 10PM and conveyed our predicament to very receptive Operator. She understood the situation and would have someone get back to us first thing in the morning. Precision Garage Door was very quick to respond, as I received a phone call shortly after 7AM this morning. I learned they were dispatching Patrick Rough to make the required repairs. Both my wife and I were pleased to hear that Patrick was assigned, as he has done work for us in the past and we've always been very happy with the work. I am extremely pleased to report that Patrick arrived within 90 minutes. He then diagnosed and completed the repair within about 10 minutes! It is Technicians like Patrick, backed by a Company committed to great customer service that keeps us coming back to Precision Garage Door!

To be candid, they're probably a touch on the higher side of pricing but you get what you pay for in life and with this team I feel like I got every cents worth for a job extremely well done.
