This company really has their act together. Their customer service and response time is unbeatable! I sent an email for quote and within 24 hours was sitting with Chris, their salesperson. He patiently answered all of our questions and left us with a quote that we accepted before he left. The cost for a new garage door, hardware and installation was much lower than anticipated. He then checked on availability of the door we choose and scheduled install next day! Donny the installer showed up on time with everything needed to the job. He was efficient, and knowledgeable. The job was done and done correctly. Although it was hot and muggy in our garage he maintained a pleasant personality. We would recommend this company, Chris & Donny every day, all day over all the others!

Quick service, called at 1:45 new springs installed by 2:45. Chuck was knowledgeable and helpful. Answered all my questions. Door is working great. Price was a bit high $690 for two springs installed. I can buy these springs for $240, I'm sure your cost is less. When I called to make appointment I asked for ballpark estimate. I was told something like $225 installed. Well that was for one spring. I have two springs and a heavy door so my springs are more expensive. A couple simple questions for customers [i.e. # of springs and type of door] would allow you to give much better estimates.

Garage door came off the tracks, bent everything up, and could not even be closed. They were out within hours, even bumping us up when there was a cancellation. Talked over a couple of options from full replacement to quick repair to keep our garage secured for now with zero pressure. I will absolutely be using Precision when I replace the door next year.

This was our first time calling the company for a service request. Our experience with Precision Door MN team and services was great. They placed our service in the schedule. We called Precision Garage Door Service knowing we had a lot wrong with our garage door. Chuck was able to educate us why there was so much wear and tear on our garage door and why a lot of the parts of our door were rusted and over worked. In addition to the age and wear tear, our garage door opener stopped working. Chuck helped us understand what we needed to get done today versus what could get done in the future as well as a breakdown of price and services. He was done within a few hours and our garage door is working perfectly and silently!

Precicion met every expectation. I had a 2 PM- 4 PM appointment time the Brian B. was there exactly at 2. He diagnosed the problem and checked over my door. My opener was 26 years old so after discussing my options I decided to purchase a new opener. Brian was done in an hour or so, reviewed all that he did (he lubed all the rollers and aligned the door), and demonstrated the operation of the opener. Perfect!!

James arrived promptly at 8. He then took pictures . He was very thorough in explaining what he needed to do. It was bitterly cold on Tuesday!! He worked for almost 4 hours not coming in from the cold. He then spent time pairing the garage to my phone. He knew exactly what needed to be done. So grateful for the work he did. Great job, done with Precision!! James,our Field Service Technician, was polite, knowledgeable, and fast. I had installed several garage openers myself years ago. He made this all look so easy, and I learned alot. He could tell just by looking at it that it was binding in one corner. He adjusted the rail and the opener pressure, and replaced the seals. On August 1, a lift cable on my garage door suddenly pulled loose and the door came down trapping my car in the garage. I contacted Precision and James Magaard arrived promptly the next morning. After assessing the situation, he gave me a quote and proceeded to replace some damaged parts, restrung the cable, balanced the door and got it all working again. I have owned this property for 30 years and the garage door has never worked this well. Thank you James!

Door was repaired but cost was extremely high Tech-Chad came out and repaired door -around 5 hundred Door worked- figured ok needed it done Four days later power outage in area due to storm,tried to open door manually- would not work called and got another tech Bret he came out and could not get it to operate manually.He tried many things but with Little success- I lost it - he worked on it but still no success so he proposed that for $500.00 he would send another Tech the following day to fix it Next day Chad shows up and fixes door for $500.00 So for $1000.00 dollars, I get my door fixed—— Question. What did Chad do in 1st repair that caused the door to not open manually. Was attempted repair measures done during Bert’s work cause higher cost to get door operable. I have heard good reviews about Prescision but this doesn’t sound like good business practices

We have had a chance to look over this situation and do see that on our first visit that many items were causing issues in our Condition Report and and estimate was given to address all of the issues, yet the repair authorized only addressed part of the problem. The next visit was from our Manager, who tried to make it work, but the rest of the repairs were necessary as well. We are sorry that you are not happy with the way this all worked out, but hope that you are happy with the end result.
