I've known that our garage door needed some attention for some time. This morning my wife encouraged more immediate action, so I called Precision Garage Door. Within a few hours our technician, Jameson Leach was assessing our situation. Jameson talked me through his safety check, diagnosed our "fix" as well as a couple things to keep in mind for the future. As has consistently been our experience with Precision Garage Door, we received great service in a timely way, from skilled and knowledgeable staff. I highly recommend them.

I had Alex come out and check out my garage door which was opening crooked to the right and sometimes hitting on upper door pulley. The door would stop and not open unless I tried it several times. Alex said there wasn't much he could do but said I could put some washers on the top roller to keep it from pulling to the side. He gave me the washers. After he left, I tried to put washers. I then noticed the top support bracket screw had ripped through the sheet metal and wasn't supported. I drilled another hole, put in a new bolt and now it works. I think it's something they should have caught.

I recommend Precision Garage Door Service with no reservation and was completely satisfied with the entire process. I called midafternoon on Saturday and my call was promptly answered by a very courteous and polite woman who listen to my issue and assured me it would be handled the next day, with no additional week-end charge for the call. Gregg, the tech, was at my house before 9am Sunday morning, did a thorough 25 point inspection of my garage door apparatus, explained the evaluation and process in detail, answered all of my questions and concerns, made suggestions for what needed to be done immediately and what would wait for usual maintenance in the future. The cost was more than reasonable and he performed the job expertly, and in just a little over an hour! I highly recommend this company and know you won't be disappointed with the level of professionalism, courtesy, competence or the level of expertise they provide.

Excellent services all around. Old garage door bent and broke, Art came and gave an estimate, arrived on time and was very courteous and knowledgeable. He wrote up a quote to give to insurance company. Zac and Mark arrived right on time to install the new door, opener, tracks...Both very polite, noticed 1 issue right away, I had a permanent racking system in the way, they immediately assessed the situation and were able to remove one of the braces and work around the rest. Couldn't be happier with the service and my new garage door, plus it came with a lifetime warranty, can't beat that.

Alex fixed my main problem right away as he only needed to adjus one of the rails. I had replaced a broken cable which I had replaced befoe he can. While he was here he noticed that the cable was loose but did not offer to adjust the tension so my garage door would open and close smoothly. He billed me $120.00 and gave me a quote for over $500.00 to lube and tune my door.

Hidden charge for credit card service fees. Say they have pictures that we did not have rollers when we did. Said we need parts that we did not just wanted to have the springs and cable fixed. I will not use them again.
