Tom Hartmon was such a professional! He took one look at my garage door and knew what the problem was. He had all of the parts in his truck and in a short time, my garage door opened like a charm. He even was able to make it quieter when opening and closing! He gave me a lot of valuable information on regular maintenance of the door to prevent future problems. I would recommend this company and Tom to anyone!

My door still jerks when opening.Jason changed the position of the J hook and offered to change some bearings ,which I feel would be unnecessary. I still feel the springs are unbalanced.
