Wow talk about service! Garage door spring broke as I was putting the cars away for the night. The next morning I was able to book an appointment later that morning. Tech showed up on time and even texted us prior to arriving. He was very nice and explained what needed to be done. He fixed the door spring and tuned up everything. The door now works better than ever! Same day service, fair prices and great results! Big supporter of Garage Logic too! Doesn’t get any better!

Great experience. Their service call is lower than most and is waived if repairs are done. I Was able to book an appointment quickly, the tech (Jonathan Z) called ahead before arriving on time, & was very professional. He was courteous, did a thorough total inspection & was honest about which parts needed replacing & which were satisfactory. The itemization made it very transparent and they allowed me to modify the original plan slightly with no hassle. Jonathan proceeded to work quickly and efficiently and our door was repaired in no time. We will 100% come back for future repairs and highly recommend!

The fact that you do not charge extra for Sunday repairs was important to us. Also, you are on Angie's List and BBB rated. Chad, our technician was so kind and friendly, and fixed our door quickly. He knew exactly what to do without any problems and did not try to do more than was needed, such as putting in new rollers for the door. Thank you for being an honest company with honest employees!

Hi Kristi Jason Schuster fixed our broken spring and installed a garage door opener yesterday. You have an excellent employee in Jason. Knowledgeable, went over what was in the red and green on my garage door and opener, explained the billing and cost of service. After completion of the installation of products Jason went over the instructions of the door opener and showed how to use them. Thanks again for a wonderful service experience with your company. He was here in 2018 and put on new wheels and I was delighted when he was the installer for this project as well.

Amazing! We got them through a home warranty and called literally within 30 seconds of making the claim. They were great about communication and making us feel safe with having work done on/in our home. Our technician, Devon, was so courteous (took his shoes off when going through the house to get to the garage door. I didn't even ask and that just spoke volumes to me), kind, and relayed information in a way that was easy to understand. He worked hard and efficiently and got it working in no time! Tom Hartmon was such a professional! He took one look at my garage door and knew what the problem was. He had all of the parts in his truck and in a short time, my garage door opened like a charm. He even was able to make it quieter when opening and closing! He gave me a lot of valuable information on regular maintenance of the door to prevent future problems.
