On Sunday I had an issue with my garage door not opening. I called that evening and spoke with a friendly representative who was able to set up an appointment for the next day between 10:00am and noon. The technician, Mike, arrived a few minutes before 10:00am, reviewed the garage door, and gave me a quote within minutes. He repaired the garage door in about 1/2 hour, and I was totally satisfied with the results. Mike was very knowledgeable, professional, and courteous! Thank you for the wonderful service!

I called them on Tuesday and they came out Wednesday and they sent the wrong person one for replacing the door not to fix it. He said we can have someone come out Thursday. Will he came out and did not have the right springs but said it could take up yo 1 month to get the right one in. My door won't open because my spring is broken. I told him I will call him later so he said you have to pay $75.00 now for me coming out and the coast would be over $750.00 for the springs. I called North Country and he was out In one hr. Had the right springs on his truck he fix my door and put the heavy duty spring on and only charged me $350.00.

Inexperienced and poorly trained. The service provided did not meet my expectations. The technician spent about 50% of the service call on his cell phone planning a fishing trip for the next day - which I found to be totally unacceptable!

I honestly can't say how happy I am with them! My garage door broke at 0630 and I placed a phone call around 0700 to their office. Yasmin? or Jasmine? (I'm sorry I'm bad at names) answered and immediately was helpful, sympathetic, and got me scheduled same day very quickly. The technician Terrance was professional and saw the problems right away and had a quote ready for me in no time. Repairs were done quickly and he showed me everything when done. I'm very happy to have a working garage door and peace of mind with the 3 year warranty as well.

Prompt response when we called after our garage door springs snapped in single digit temperatures. We called at 11am and door was repaired by 2pm. Colton, the tech that pulled into the driveway, was friendly and business like. Efficient. Explained the costs on spring replacement and also replaced our rusty cables and bottom bracket which we knew were also going bad. The truck was marked and we appreciated getting an email with the tech's name, photo and background ahead of time. All very reassuring. The company seems to spend a great deal of effort on customer service. A-OK!

Working with Precision technicians has been excellent. We have needed their service twice. Both times they have proven to be professional and very efficient. They are courteous and respectful of the safety precautions necessary with the Virus we are learning to live with. I was surprised to find out I could call 24/7 to get an appointment scheduled. That was extremely convenient. I was able to get my service work done the day after I called. The service work was done during the estimated time frame I had been given when I scheduled the appointment. The service individual was very friendly and very helpful in explaining the work that needed to be done to fix my issue. I am very impressed with Precision Overhead Garage Door Service. I called after hours on a Wednesday evening and spoke to a very polite employee that got me all set up for today, Thursday. The technician was set up for 2-4p and called in advance to let me know he was on his way. The technician arrived on time, figured out the issue, fixed the issue and suggested some upcoming maintenance items to be aware of to ensure the garage door works optimally in the future. In today's day and age, top notch customer service is rare. So, when somebody does it right, it really sticks out. This company does it right!

My garage door opener was broken last night. I called the Precision Garage Door Twin Cities this morning and got response to be able to send a technician coming to my home to check it to give me an estimate. A technician, Alex, came to my home about one hour earlier than the original promised time. He did a very quick and thorough check and identified several problems- broken spring, bearing, and the opener. An estimate was given to me. I asked him to go ahead to fix those problems. He finished the work in less than two hours. I am very satisfied with the fast speed to get my garage door worked again. Thanks to the Precision Garage Door Twin Cities. I certainly will ask it for possible future garage door problems.

I was impressed with how quickly the job got scheduled and completed (an important consideration when your car is trapped in your garage). The repairman was there in only a few hours after I called. He talked me through everything that he needed to do and suggested other things that might need replacement, but didn’t pressure me in any way. I had a nice dialog with him and got a lot of useful tips, like how to make the opener have a longer lifetime, where to buy parts, etc.
