Came out at the appointed time. Did a complete inspection. Technicians were well informed and not pushy. Ended up being more than a broken spring that was in need of repair on those old garage doors. But they gave a fair estimate. I didn't do everything that was recommended, but I did the critical fail stuff. They talked with my husband before they started so he was OK with the higher price for all the things that needed to be done. Completed on time and on budget. The doors will probably now outlast our living in this house. The lifetime guarantee (while we own the house) was a good investment too in my mind. Happy to do business with this place.

I would definitely recommend Precision Garage Door Twin Cities! Ryan was the technician that came out to assist me with my garage concerns. He was so friendly and helpful! He took the time to address all my concerns and answered my questions thoroughly in a manner that I understood. I had a technician from a different company come out the day prior for a consult of the same issue. That technician told me that I needed to replace a lot and my garage was inoperable until repairs were done. I really appreciate that Ryan was honest with me and confirmed that my garage was in fact operable and the damage I've done was minimal. He explained the options I can choose to take. Unlike the last company I was in touch with, I didn't feel pressured to buy on the spot. Ryan was so kind and understanding and I feel that that's hard to come by. I truly appreciated his help!

I would not recommend as we were pressured to purchase components that were not needed. Needed 2 springs replaced and the cost of one was more then we paid for parts and labor from the company we went with. Something to know is that the techs likely make commissions from the sales. Buyer beware. Was also bombarded with requests to submit a review.

We've used Precision Garage Door on several occasions, for both our primary home as well as a rental property. Last evening we had a component from our home Garage Door Opener break, leaving the door inoperable. I called Precision Door at approximately 10PM and conveyed our predicament to very receptive Operator. She understood the situation and would have someone get back to us first thing in the morning. Precision Garage Door was very quick to respond, as I received a phone call shortly after 7AM this morning. I learned they were dispatching Patrick Rough to make the required repairs. Both my wife and I were pleased to hear that Patrick was assigned, as he has done work for us in the past and we've always been very happy with the work. I am extremely pleased to report that Patrick arrived within 90 minutes. He then diagnosed and completed the repair within about 10 minutes! It is Technicians like Patrick, backed by a Company committed to great customer service that keeps us coming back to Precision Garage Door!

Adam did a wonderful service call, I thought the prices for new springs cost and installation was overpriced, but I wanted the lifetime warranty. Reason for initial service call my end bearing plates needed replacing. For spring cost and replacement at $390.00 per spring I thought was a little excessive. Considering Mills Fleet Farm was $83.00 per spring. But I wanted the lifetime warranty.

James Magaard installed my new garage door opener and parts, two new rails and 10 nylon rollers, and removed/replaced my door seal. He went above and beyond my expectations by showing me the proper use and care of the system, and checked my electrical box to see if my garage door opener outlet was connected to a GFI. It wasn't, so he informed me that I needed to get an outlet surge protector (hardware store) in order to maintain the warranty in case of lightning strike or other power surge. I did this right away and I'm very grateful to James for all his work, and to Gregg Traylor also for his initial consultation. Thanks, guys!
