I first came to Precision two years ago when one of our tension springs snapped. They fixed it ASAP! So when a couple nights ago our garage door failed to close, I knew who to call. Priscilla sent Jonathan out the same day! Jonathan troubleshooted & figured out the issue within 2 minutes. He explained all of the options thoroughly, step-by-step, and didn’t mind me looking over his shoulder. He was courteous, professional, speedy, & so polite! I was so impressed that he had everything he needed to replace our chain motor with a belt motor right in his truck. It was nice to have the different price-tiered options offered. Upon completion of the installation he explained how to use every component, and left me feeling confident in our new Genie motor. Our garage is 100% brighter now too! I am so grateful for Jonathan, Priscilla, & Precision Door Service. Honestly Jonathan is the most knowledgeable & confident technician I’ve ever had to my house, and we’ve had many a thing fixed through the years! Today Jamison came to our home (on time) to repair our broken garage door. We were not able to get cars out of the garage as the door had broken when we opened it in the AM. Jamison was very thorough in is inspection. Jamison reviewed with me anticipated costs prior to the work commencing. Mike Greek did an excellent job of fixing our problem and giving our garage door a complete alignment. It's too bad they don't have some kind of lifting mechanism to lift these heavy doors. These young guys are going to have back problems trying to lift a door that has been disconnected. Back problems are not fun.

Our journey began just days after our neighbor's garage door came off track... I haven't needed garage services up until this point, so I reached out to my neighbor to see want company they used. I had no hesitation to use Precision! I had done some troubleshooting on my own and some basic repairs, during that process found that 1 of 2 springs was broken, then found a cable starting to fray. When the technician Jae arrived I proceeded to tell them my findings and the work I had done. I got approval for the braces I added to the header board! He then gave options and explained everything thoroughly. He was timely and knowledgeable and even gave tips for annual care! The cost was reasonable for all of the parts replaced. We replaced both springs, both cables, upgraded to nylon rollers from the metal and exposed bearing rollers

I called after 6pm when my garage door cable broke and was very pleased able to schedule repair for 10am to noon next day. Jonathan and assistant called to ask if could come early, walked through quote in detail and were flexible with solutions, completing job in just over an hour. Very efficient and professional, will use again, but quite expensive in my opinion.

I think I was really overcharged for the work that was done on my door. I told the technician that I would be replacing the door in a year and he still charged me $450 just to get my door working again.

Thee service was.great however I felt thee prices were waaaaay over there top. Originally I was quoted over $700 for cable replacement and then asked what price point I was thinking?? I have a person that usually repairs for me whom quoted the same repairs completed at $200 and I was charged $430 which really bit into Christmas funds ???? The service was fast and very friendly however price was my issue and unfortunately will likely be the reason I can't afford to use them in the future

Called Precision at the recommendation of a family member when one of my garage door cables broke on a freezing December day. Chong came out right away, was very friendly and professional, and did a quick overall safety inspection of the door (standard practice when they service a door). He gave me a quote and had some good recommendations, but wasn’t pushy at all. He completed the necessary repair, did some routine maintenance, and was done in probably 30 mins. Could not have been a smoother process - would absolutely work with them again.

I managed to knock something loose on one of the rails of our garage door. Precision's tech came the next day, early after confirming that was OK, had it diagnosed and fixed in half an hour. Not cheap, but the peace of mind is so welcome. He did offer an up-sell of some brackets and wheels but that was easy to decline. No need at this time.
