I am old and confused when the guy came. I was totally ripped off and overcharged. I could have had a new door installed for what I was charged for a cable that was off. I was charged $1784. I will never ever use this bunch of crooks again.

Loud banging noise when closing the garage door needed to be determined and fixed. The issue was quickly resolved by the Precision tech. Turns out cold weather, shifting brackets when cemented into the floor was the cause. I will also mention that I called for service late in the day and the tech came that same evening. Thanks!

My repair person was great he took the mess I created by replacing a spring and the garage door went sideways. He replaced older hardware and replaced both springs and put the door back on the tracks. It tool him less time then me replacing 1 tension spring. I don't know if they are reasonable or expensive. I do recommend them 100%

Amazing service! We have a business that used another competitor garage door company for many years that told us they couldn't service our sons broken garage door spring until 6 days later. I said that was unacceptable and contacted Precision who came out same day. They performed a thorough inspection and replaced the parts that were needed to make the garage door work like new again.
