Everyone from the office folks, to the technicians and installers were friendly and knowledgeable. I originally called about a repair job and ended up needing a new door. I understood and trusted the information given to me about why and my options for replacement. My door looks great, works well, and I know what I need to do to keep it functioning. I was very impressed with the quality of the work-especially given the very cold temps!

I am very impressed with Precision Overhead Garage Door Service. I called after hours on a Wednesday evening and spoke to a very polite employee that got me all set up for today, Thursday. The technician was set up for 2-4p and called in advance to let me know he was on his way. The technician arrived on time, figured out the issue, fixed the issue and suggested some upcoming maintenance items to be aware of to ensure the garage door works optimally in the future. In today's day and age, top notch customer service is rare. So, when somebody does it right, it really sticks out. This company does it right!

Garage door works now. Didn’t appreciate the attempted hard sell for unnecessary “ repairs”. Not a good business practice.

I gave this review a four star, the fault of this entire experience was paying 50% more of the retailed price for a new garage remote. Other than that my issue did not need any repair just a new remote. Overall, I am pleased with their service however would advise with a word of cation to do some research on pricing.
