Very prompt and efficient service. Our door broke on the most frigid day of year!. Patrick came out got the door to shut, showed us what broke ordered all parts for needed repair. We chose to do repair on another day. Bryce came out and did the repair. Was on time and finished everything that needed to be repaired. These guys are very knowledgeable and friendly. We scheduled an appointment with Precision Garage Door to repair a broken spring on our double door. Adam showed up on time and was very professional and courteous. He did a thorough inspection and presented me with options, so I could make an informed decision on the repair to the broken spring and additional maintenance repairs that would extend the life of our garage door. When Adam completed the repairs, he carefully walked me through the repairs completed. Excellent job!

Not cheap but quality service. Options were given and an explanation was shared as to which option to select. As the installer was finishing up, I noticed that he was oiling the rollers on the door that he was not repairing. That say a ton about the quality of service and the integrity of the company!!

Precision is great. Had them out to service the doors that were on my house when I bought it in 2019, knowing they were on their last leg. Had a great experience so when it came time to replace them, I got the new garage doors from precision in 2022 and had another really positive experience. I recently self insulated my garage doors and then started having trouble with them so I scheduled an appointment (online in like 60 seconds it was so easy) for a tech to come out for a tune up and again can’t speak highly enough of the service. Adam had them up and running in no time. Can’t beat their customer service, communication, & pricing. Highly recommend.

My tech, Gregg Traylor, arrived ahead of the scheduled appointment window. He was highly professional. He completed a thorough examination of the door opener and took photos. Gregg gave a complete explanation of his findings and suggested remedies. The installation of a new opener was required. He started the work immediately and completed the installation in about 90 minutes. I didn't pay the invoice until he had reviewed the installation and answered all questions to my satisfaction. I was very happy with the completed work. Gregg's pleasant personality was a bonus.

They replaced one spring 2021 and for $260 now they say its $380 and blame the increase on "COVID". He said that was pre-COVID well actually 2021 was not Pre-COVID that would have been 2019 or before. Asked for a detailed quote of labor and parts and they basically refused so I called another garage door company and they were able yo provide the quote over the phone. It's a spring just isn't that complicated. Why you would deliberately obscuring the prices is unprofessional and shouts "we are going to overcharge you".

My tech was awesome, arrived on time to the minute! Is a Marine and gave me 3 quotes for my broken spring. No pressures just honest dollars. I went with most expensive as i did not want to dentension springs to do mauntenance down the road. I cant say enough about the professionsalism of the tech and to me reflects on company. I will say this if your looking for cheap parts and cheap quality this co is not for u, they dont sacrifice there reputation! If u want an honest price for.honest work u dont look any further!!
