I’m still amazed by how seamless it was working with Precision. In truth, I’m writing it down because I still don’t quite believe it. My ancient belt drive finally called it a day and after an attempted home repair somehow made that worse, Precision had an appointment scheduled and the unit totally replaced in under two hours. Chad did an impeccable job installing the unit, replacing some bad wiring from the 20th century, and explaining everything clearly so that I knew exactly what to expect. The person on the phone who set up the appointment was similarly pleasant to work with and a consummate professional. I won’t even consider going with a company other than Precision for anything having to do with my garage in the future. Thanks!

Our LED lights to our garage door were really dim so we contacted Precision Garage Door. A technician came out to assess the lights and it was decided to replace the whole unit at no extra cost to us. I will always di business with Percision when it comes to our garage and opener. He was professional, efficient, respectful, etc. I would’ve given five stars except he could not sync the remote to my car. And it was nothing he did. It was some problem with the app. That was something that should’ve taken about 30 seconds and he worked on it for about an hour. No, I’m left having to deal with it via the 800 number

I contacted a technician to replace a broken torsion spring and extension spring on my garage door. After inspection, I was quoted $4,000 for repair and over $5,000 for a full door replacement with a 3–4 week wait. Due to extreme cold and pressure at the time, I signed the contract. Shortly after the technicians left, I attempted to cancel. However, no one could provide the names of the technicians who came to my home. I was told someone would call me back within 24 hours. I called more than ten times using different phone numbers with no response and also visited the Eden Prairie office, which was closed. I am very disappointed with the company’s lack of communication and business practices.

Chad was amazing, fixed our door super fast in very cold weather after it fell sideways and even gave us advice on how to keep it lubricated.
