The technician that came out to take a look at my broken spring did a very good job of explaining and showing me things that were wrong or could go wrong with my existing garage doors. The techs that came out to install my new doors were a little late but that's understandable in their business...not knowing how long each job takes. I was very satisfied with their work and explaining future care of my new doors.

Adam, our technician, was knowledgeable and very helpful in educating us about our existing door and the issues we could/would face in the future (2-5 years out) but never pushed to up-sell any products. The product guarantee was a big plus for us. Adam went through all aspects of the product with us so we understood what he installed and how it worked. Service was promptly provided within 20 minutes of my call. The tech arrived before 6:00pm. It appeared that screw became loose at the end of the aluminum track that the door rolls through. There was no damage to any electrical wire or sensors. The tech identified the problem and spent 15 minutes replacing the screw that was loose. Then the task was complete. This was a simple and effective repair. The garage door opener worked and the door closed just as it always has.
