Paid $600 to fix my garage door based on the company’s 5-star reviews. Just two months later, the garage wheels fell off and it stopped working again. When I called, I was told it would cost $199 just for a technician to come out and look at it because it was after 5 PM and it considered emergency. That didn’t sit right with me given how recent and expensive the repair was. The service felt rushed and more focused on upselling than actually fixing the problem. Would not recommend.

Chad Magaard worked on my garage door, but it broke down again just two months later. What made it more frustrating was the follow-up. When I called after it stopped working, I was told it would cost $199 just to come out, since it was 5:00 PM and considered “after hours.” That didn’t sit right with me given how recent and expensive the repair was. Overall, their service felt rushed and focused on upselling rather than doing quality work. I expected better for the price I paid and wouldn’t recommend this company based on my experience.

The tech came and didn’t attempt to repair or even check what was wrong. He right away said it wasn’t fixable because of the older springs. He was more worried about writing up and estimate for over 4000.00 for a new door. I declined, went to you tube to troubleshoot if it was my springs. It wasn’t. I was able to get it working myself. I called for him to Fix not try and sell me a new door, or at least really legit try to fix 1st before he tried to make a sale. Wondering if he even knew how to do any kind of repair.

Adam was great! He had good communication prior to his arrival and explained our options thoroughly. He provided multiple quotes for various services. We ultimately replaced our 30 year old opener and broken springs and it was all done same day. Adam did a great job explaining all the new features when he was finished!

They replaced the weather strip along the bottom of the door and also made some adjustments which left the top of the door lower and letting in cold air. When I asked them to come back and readjust the door, they came, but said it couldn't be undone. Disappointed.
