We were having problems with our 16 ft double garage door. I phoned Precision Door Service this morning and a Field Service Technician was here by noon today. Our technician, Chad Magaard, was very professional, helpful and knowledgeable in the install of our new opener and keypad. He was very efficient and answered all our questions. It was such a great experience. I messaged them on their website Sunday afternoon and was able to get an appointment for the next day. Jonathan Zwart was the technician that visited my home and he was a professional. He was able to show me exactly why my garage door opener wasn't working and gave me plenty of information about how the door was supposed to work. Excellent job by Donovan at Precision on the installation he did a awesome job on paying attention to the small details. Office personnel were very prompt and helpful. Very quick turn around from us contacting them to having a new door installed. Would highly recommend them.

Jonathan called on his way to our home and arrived on time. After the initial inspection he thoroughly explained what was needed to repair the door and why it was needed. He also serviced the garage door opener and made sure it was working properly. Finally, he showed me how to lubricate the hinges and bearings. Although I was a little surprised at the cost, Jonathan did a great job.

Tried a different garage door company I had used in the past for a repair/replacement. That company had not returned a phone message for 3 days. I chose Precision based on other customer reviews and reading the biography. I really thought the pictures of team members and focus on customer safety was huge. I knew exactly who the technician was and informed the entire time. Service was prompt and entire garage system was evaluated- not just the initial problem. Would recommend Precision every time.

I had a door that would only go up a few feet. I determined that there must have be a broken spring, although I couldn't see the springs and determined that they must be within the tube shaft.. I called Precision, and they came out within two hours of my call. Jonathan Zwart, the technician explained that I had a Dalton Torquemaster lift assembly which were light duty, and suggested that the entire assembly be replaced. It was evident from the size of the spring that was broken, that the assembly was not suitable Jonathan completed the conversion quickly and answered all my questions.

Branden and Brenden installed our doors this morning. I am pleased by the quality of their work and their insistence on quality materials. They found and issue with the doors and immediately advised us that they have ordered replacement parts. The doors operate well and assured us that they would be back with the replacement parts as soon as they arrive. They were communicative and friendly. I am also happy with their suggestions on frame improvements. We also had them install a new opener as one of our openers broke down the day before they arrived. It is easy for us to recommend Precision.

On time, courteous technician, work performed competently. Price was very high. To charge $65 to spray a silicon lubricant on rollers and hinges (which took a couple of minutes) borders on exploitive, $35 dollars for a plastic bushing is also out of line, in my opinion. Technician was here for less than 20 minutes and I paid $429 to have a new coil and two cables installed. Layne

Service and service tech were great! The only thing that I found to be disappointing was on the phone I described the issue and the person I spoke with said it was most likely a lube/tune-up appointment and that the $89 service fee would be waived if I went forward with the work. The fee wasn't waived because it wasn't a "repair" and that should've been explained to me up front.
