Adam was our service specialist for our tune- up today. He installed a reinforcement bracket on the door for better lift on the door and checked all parts of the door for wear and tear. He also lubricated all the wheels and bearings and the springs. Very thorough and answered all our questions. This companies professionalism shines through starting with office staff who sets up the appointment right through to the service specialist completing the job. Definitely will use Precision Garage Door again.

I broke the spring on one of my garage doors. I called Precision Garage doors in the late morning and had a service technicion here a few hours later. The technicion, Alex Williamson, did an assessment of all three garage doors and offered a common sense repair of the broken spring and additional needed bearings. Repair was complete within an hour. Excellent job. Highly recommended.

Our door malfunctioned to the point where we were unable to move our garage door up or down. Both vehicles were in the garage at the time of the failure. It was a Friday at 3:00 PM. I called Precision who informed me they would send a Technician out asap. Within 20 minutes Mike Greek from Precision arrived at our home. He quickly diagnosed the problem and provided us with very detailed options to resolve the issue. We decided to repair the existing door rather than replacing it even though its over 25 years old and should be replaced. He had the door repaired and fully operational in less than 30 minutes. Mike was EXTREMELY Knowledgeable, Detailed and very Personable! FIVE STARS to Mike and Precision for the service they provided us.

I received service for a broken garage door the day after I placed a service call. The technician Adam, called over an hour earlier than my appointment time and said he was ahead of schedule could he come to my location now. He put a quote together and showed me the problem involved and clearly explained what was required for the repair. He said the door was old and I should think about replacing it. He advised me of the cost of a replacement and completed my repair in an hour. He was polite, articulate, and made the repair a very positive experience.
