James and his colleague did a great job and fixed what needed to be fixed. Very professional and excellent job of explaining what was needed. Fixed both doors and lubed up and double checked all rotors and replaced broken bearings. Sounds like brand new and great work on new seals for both doors. Impressed.

Precision has maintained our garage door since we needed a repair. Have been with you company ever since. Today, Chad came out to do the yearly maintenance to keep things running smoothly. All of the workers that have come to maintain the door have been professional and polite. They have gone over everything about the visit. Great group of guys. If I could leave a -49 review, I would. Or at least a Zero because that is what I received from this company for service and repair! It seems like if you don't get prices quoted to you over the phone before this company shows up to your property, they will write up 3 quotes for 3 times the price of an honest company for you to choose from (all without even stepping one foot on a ladder you have set up under your 8 foot door for them). At least you can give them the $49 of your hard earned money to leave and hire someone honest and still get your door fixed properly for way less money.

Precision Garage Door were very prompt and professional. I had an appointment the same day. Chad explained what needed to be done and completed the repairs very quickly.

I called for a spring repair, instead I received 3 over inflated quotes, all made without the service person even going on the ladder I had setup under the 8' door. After declining the lowest of the 3 options I paid a $49 fee for this service. I called a different company that came out and fixed all the parts that actually needed to be replaced for less than half the lowest price I was given in my 3 options. One thing I learned from this experience is to ask more questions about them quoting prices on the initial phone call. There are very few parts involved in garage door repairs and apparently an extremely wide range of cost that different people feel entitled to charge for those parts.

Precision Garage Door is one of those companies whose reputation proceeds itself. I called to schedule an appointment on Tuesday and Mike was onsite by 9 AM on Thursday. Mike listened attentively to what I was looking for and then presented me with options that fit within my parameters. No upselling, no promises of better deals if I let him call the sales manager or any of the other tricks home improvement companies pull. I knew what I wanted, Mike knew I had done my homework, and after getting measurements he laid everything out in detail. The entire transaction was over and done with in about 30 minutes. I am getting the door and opener that I want and am looking forward to it! This is a company that you can trust!

We called for repair service, but when the repairman cam to look at the door, he discovered cracks in the door frame that were causing the door to sag! We needed a new door. The new door is ordered and we are grateful that the problem was discovered before the door broke in on us or on our car.
