Called because my door came off the track. Appointment was booked in a timely manner. I was not home at time of service, but my wife was. After 30 minutes, the service was supposedly completed and my wife was informed and given a $400 bill. Oh, but they waived the $85 trip fee. Give me a break. No new parts, just a couple screws removed and wheel put back in. When I came home hours later, I pressed my opener and door came off track again. Tech informed and came back out and fixed again. I was told if I wanted to make sure it doesn’t happen again, I need to pay for new wheels, etc. give me a break. Not impressed at all. What a complete rip off. Steer clear

Had them out to fix a broken spring, tech inspected everything and took photos and made recommendations on issues that should be addressed. No pressure to do anything other than the repair the spring. We will use them again to get some of the other work done. Prices were reasonable.

Wow. Very impressed with the quality of service and the knowledge and expertise of our technician Jonathan. Garage door opener was not working properly. Would not shut all the way down. Had to unhook and close manually for a couple of days. No easy task. Had no idea who to call and was dreading having to install a new opener. Took a chance with Precision and couldn’t be happier. Jonathan saw the problems immediately. The sensors, even though they had worked all these years, had been installed improperly. Also the power on the motor needed to be adjusted. He then did a full inspection and explained every single thing in easy to understand detail. I had him replace the rollers, and lube the parts. Everything running smooth and much quieter now. Great job Jonathan.

I looked at their reviews and they were very good. Very prompt service. From the time I called in and the service tech contacting me was less than 10 minutes and said he would be at my home in 30 minutes, Diagnosed the problem and repaired with 30 minutes for a fair price. Would highly recommend them.

I was told about Precision by a neighbor. I couldn't be more pleased. I couldn't get the garage door open to get my car out. I had techs out here within a couple of hours. They got the garage door open and fixed my opener and touch pad, which hadn't worked in over a year. I'm very happy.

They came out to look at my garage door and charged me a service fee just to come out and said it would be waived if we proceeded like they were giving me a discount or something!! Then proceeded to tell me I needed this and that on a 5 year old garage door and the price of the springs was double anyone else trying to say they have special springs and cables they are all the same!! When they told me the price I said no way it was over $1100 for replacing springs?? I called a different place who has been in business longer and great reviews that don’t try to rip you off ! And for garage door springs and cables and new Rollers my price was less than half of the 1100 precision garage door tried to charge me!! I would like them to refund my money because that is crazy what they tried to charge me!!! So feel free to contact me precision garage as I am waiting on a manager to return my call!!!

Precision OGDS was recommended to me by a friend who had recently had work done at his home by them. Everything he told me about the service he received was true. 1. Easy to schedule. 2. Arrived on time. Was scheduled to arrive between 8am-10am. I received a courtesy call at 7:30am on the day we were scheduled. The tech was there at 8:15am. Diagnosed the issue I'd been having for a year. Did NOT try to up sell me. Laid out 2 options and gave me quotes on both. 3. Replaced my old opener, wall pads & electronic eyes as requested. 4. The work was completed at 9:20am. 5. Alex explained the openers features, his companies and the manufactures warranties. Alex displayed professionalism, courtesy and common sense in his explanation's regarding my questions. 6. Cleaned up and disposed of old opener track and parts. Great service! Chad was here when they said he would. He was knowledgeable on the issue I was having with my garage door. I was able to get it fixed and working the same day as the consultation. The whole process took approximately an hour. He was able to give me an accurate quote before he started and answered all my questions. He gave recommendations and possible problems to look for in the future as my garage door ages. I was very impressed. I was positive I would need a whole new door and frame, I'm glad I had them come check it before I did that!

Adam arrived swiftly on a same-day call to repair our broken spring. He quickly assessed the entire system and provided a report with his recommendations. Adam thoroughly explained the process and answered all of my questions along the way. The work was completed quickly, and I was given a tour of the service as well as advice on future maintenance. While the price seemed on the higher end, the same day service paired with the quality of the technician seems hard to beat.

Chad was great. Prompt, friendly and on time. Would’ve been a five star rating, but can only give 4 due to the extreme up charge on the springs that were replaced. Almost $600 for the pair, which I looked up the parts they were under $200 their cost.
