My garage door cable broke and trapped my cars inside my garage. Within 3 hours, it was fixed! Devon was great; kind, gracious and quick. He answered all my questions. I don't know if the price was comparable to other companies, but I wanted to stay local in Stillwater. Responsiveness is important to me. This was something that needed a quick resolution and that's what I got. I will always use Precision Door Service if I ever need it again.

My garage door spring broke on a Saturday. I called Precision and they said they could have someone here the same day! Technician arrived on time. He was friendly and courteous. He examined my garage door, made some recommendations and replaced my broken springs. I would definitely call Precision again. I think their prices are competitive with other companies. There service gets 5 stars!

Travis was an excellent professional! Explained everything, tried to solve our problem economically, had to replace and install new garage door opener ——we had requested repair and reset and he tried every avenue to repair while explaining along the way why and how the old opener required replacement. My garage door won't stay closed and it has a horrible scratchy noise at the end of the closure. I called Precision Door Service and within an hour a technician was here. Unbelievable service! Jason listened to me explain the issue and immediately went to work to solve the problem. He was courteous and professional. He gave me some tips for the future as the motor is quite old. I will always call Precision. They keep a record of all the work they have done. I couldn't be more satisfied with their workmanship and, especially, their customer service.

The cable and track for our garage door broke late on a Friday night and Precision Door was able to get someone out to our house early Saturday afternoon. Tom had everything he needed with him and after a couple hours he was on his way. Price was very reasonable and he went through everything he completed along with a couple a things for me to be aware of moving forward. I appreciated the thoroughness and would recommend Precision Door.

The first thing I did after Devon left was to tape his business card to the garage wall in case it ever breaks again I know exactly to call. Could not be happier with him. He had my door fixed in about 20 minutes and even helped me fix a small problem on my other garage door. I can’t recommend Devon enough.

This company is great. I called with a garage door opener problem and a service technician was here and fixed the problem within three hours. It's Memorial Day, and Jon came out with his expertise in showing me exactly what was wrong with my garage door and what it would cost to fix it. In our discussion I asked about a new garage door because of all that needed to be repaired on the existing (15 years old), and we decided it was best to replace. I had told him my garage door opener light didn't work, he replaced two bulbs and the lights now work (I had replaced them before,but was obviously doing something wrong). Jon did not need to do this, but went out of his way to help. Also, to my surprise, my new garage door will be installed within two days; "Heads up to Precision" Thank you.

Just had 2 new doors installed by Eric - I'm sure it was a job removing and replacing older doors - I had estimate on Thursday and doors installed and cleaned up on Monday . Great experience very professional people . 5 stars easy !
