I called at midnight and a wonderful technician, Devon, was at my house at 7:55 this morning. He explained in detail what the problem was and fixed it in time for me to get to my meeting. Precision was here within 2 hours after my initial call...that was REALLY amazing! The technition, Jason, was very polite and explained our situation in detail so that we could understand. Devon Nelson came out at 8 pm on a Saturday night to fix my door. He was awesome great attitude laid out what was going to happen gave me options and fixed everything in an hour. I have 15 employees in my company and would love it if my guys were as nice and fast as Devon. You should give him a raise

Technician Jason called 30 mins prior to scheduled arrival and arrived as planned. He completed garage door safety check and pointed out what needed repairing. After providing an estimate, he made the repairs, completing them within 1.5 hours. Final invoice matched estimate and copy of completed safety checklist, including photos, was e-mail to be, as promised. Jason was professional and did a great job....I would recommend Jason and Precision for garage repairs.

I had noticed my door sounding clunky so when I saw the $99 25 point inspection deal I signed up. I picked between 8-10am on a Saturday and Jason called when he was 10 minutes it and was on-site early. He performed his inspection and gave me options to consider. In the end I chose a new silent door and Jason was able to determine the wear points which had made the door noisy. He gave me an on-site discount on the work, performed the work, and showed me how this visit likely stopped a future emergency call. He repaired, replaced and installed ina timely fashion. He helped me program the new remotes and helped me to link via home link on my vehicle. Jason it was a pleasure to work with you!
