From the start to finish, PrecisionDoorMN was a great company to work with. The company was assigned by our home warranty company. I spoke with Selena who was extremely helpful and understanding. Was able to assign services for the next day. Jon was more than on time, he was early, which worked better for all of us. He explained the problem, showed me the problem, offered a variety of fixes/prices. Jon was knowledgeable and professional. Very pleased with the company overall. I’d recommend them!

Precision was contracted through our home warranty service.Our appointment was scheduled for 12pm.Devon Nelson was the tech that did the service,he was very professional,and courteous, he called an hour and a half prior to our appointment and arrived at 11am ,and had the job done within the hour. I asked for a quote and Rudy came out to my house within a few days, great personality and friendly. I agreed to buy the same day. I was told 2-3 weeks, however after 4 weeks I had to call to see the status, and I was told that it just came in that day. They came out at the 5 week mark and did a great job on the installation, cleaned up all the parts, gave me instructions on the door itself and helped set up the opener on my truck. I would recommend this company for a new garage door
