Precision installed a beautiful new garage door for us. Chris was very informative and knowledgeable as he explained the advantage of purchasing from Precision. We only had to wait a couple of days to get our new door installed. That kind of lead time is unheard of these days! Our installers, Jake and Donovan, worked quickly and professionally as they removed the old door and installed the new one. The office staff were helpful, friendly, and professional as they handled our project.

My springs broke on my garage door on Wednesday @ 3:00 P.M. I called that afternoon and they sent out Josh the next day at 10 A.M. Josh explained what was needed @ what the price was. Every thing was competed within 2 hours. Our door works better then it did before. ( like a well oiled machine now ) I would advise Precision Door Service to my family, friends, or anyone. Maybe you will be lucky and have Josh do the repairs. Thanks again.

I would highly recommend Precision. They can give you an estimate on the phone. They fix garage doors and don't try to sell you a new door. Phone people and repairman very friendly and knowledgeable. Also they are affordable. My old garage door runs like a new one again. They also guarantee their job for three years.

I was extremely pleased at how quickly they were able to get a technician out to my home to assess repairs (less than 1 hour). Eli was very helpful explaining different options for necessary repairs to the track as well as replacement options for my very old garage door. In the end, we went with a new insulated garage door with a belt drive opener. Eli did the necessary repairs to the damaged track(for free!) to get our door functional before the new one was installed just a few days later. I would highly recommend Precision Door Service to anyone seeking repairs/replacement of their garage door.

They'll ask if you want to replace both springs or rollers... may be needed or recommended for your repair so recommend you have an idea how much you'd like done or not. Called Precision approximately 11:30 AM, Technician Josh Kuss arrived about 1:30PM. Josh was very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable! He quoted me the price to fix my opener, and also the price for a new opener. Josh repaired my opener in less than 2 hours. He is truly a credit to his company. I would recommend Precision Garage Door service to anyone! In fact, I will never use any other company!

Troy was great! I called at 850 am and Troy was at my house by 10am. He was very thoughtful and showed us what needed to be fixed without trying to upsell a bunch of repairs. Punctual, friendly and professional. I requested services to reseal my garage doors, but the assessment revealed a need for additional work. I was given an explanation of the extra work and the consequences for either doing or not doing it. No pressure. I had all of the work completed and my garage doors are now more silent, and the resealing keeps out critters and leaves. I would wholeheartedly recommend this company and would use it again.

Precision was the first site that came up when I search for garage repairs for a broken spring. The reviews were positive so I called at around 1pm. By 2:30 Devon arrived and diagnosed why the spring broke and pointed out other issues. Within an hour he had the door working. It was a great experience!
