I am so disappointed at our experience with precision. We have had friends use this company and had zero complaints. And we were very pleased with how fast they were able to come look at our garage door. If you need a repair, these are the guys. The problems started when we ordered the door. We recieved the invoice and paid the bill. That was the last communication I recieved from them. All other communication occured after I called all the numbers I could find and left messages and told they would have someone call me. Finally I had to start calling the 888 number to get any answers. All they would say is "I am sorry this was your experience." And "we are sorry for the inconvenience" but then would continue to not communicate and never tried to make it up to us. We are over 5 weeks out from when we placed the order and were told it would be 2 to 4. Again, if there had been more communication and honesty upfront and during, this would not be a negative review. When you pay 6k+ for doors, you want to know when they will arrive.

We have record of email updates being sent to you on 9/5/25, 9/19/25 and 10/1/25. We are sorry if our service did not meet your expectations but we put your order in ASAP as we noted on the job order and then we emailed you consistently with updates. We are open to discussing this further, if that would help, we are here for you and to help you ease into your purchase and installation. We apologize if the communication did not meet expectations.
