My garage door opener was broken last night. I called the Precision Garage Door Twin Cities this morning and got response to be able to send a technician coming to my home to check it to give me an estimate. A technician, Alex, came to my home about one hour earlier than the original promised time. He did a very quick and thorough check and identified several problems- broken spring, bearing, and the opener. An estimate was given to me. I asked him to go ahead to fix those problems. He finished the work in less than two hours. I am very satisfied with the fast speed to get my garage door worked again. Thanks to the Precision Garage Door Twin Cities. I certainly will ask it for possible future garage door problems.

I was impressed with how quickly the job got scheduled and completed (an important consideration when your car is trapped in your garage). The repairman was there in only a few hours after I called. He talked me through everything that he needed to do and suggested other things that might need replacement, but didn’t pressure me in any way. I had a nice dialog with him and got a lot of useful tips, like how to make the opener have a longer lifetime, where to buy parts, etc.

My springs broke on my garage door on Wednesday @ 3:00 P.M. I called that afternoon and they sent out Josh the next day at 10 A.M. Josh explained what was needed @ what the price was. Every thing was competed within 2 hours. Our door works better then it did before. ( like a well oiled machine now ) I would advise Precision Door Service to my family, friends, or anyone. I would highly recommend Precision. They can give you an estimate on the phone. They fix garage doors and don't try to sell you a new door. Phone people and repairman very friendly and knowledgeable. Also they are affordable. My old garage door runs like a new one again. They also guarantee their job for three years.

I was extremely pleased at how quickly they were able to get a technician out to my home to assess repairs (less than 1 hour). Eli was very helpful explaining different options for necessary repairs to the track as well as replacement options for my very old garage door. In the end, we went with a new insulated garage door with a belt drive opener. Eli did the necessary repairs to the damaged track(for free!) to get our door functional before the new one was installed just a few days later.
