My garage door had been acting weird for a while and I had people who were going to be staying at my house when I was away so I had Precision come out to look at it. Although the system didn't need to be replaced immediately, I was presented with 3 options - one that was a "band-aid", but would be least expensive up front. Another that would solve the whole problem, but would be much more expensive. And a middle option that would buy me a few years without replacing everything. I ended up deciding to replace everything, but I appreciated having less expensive options so I didn't feel like I only had one choice. Once I decided which route I wanted to go, Chuck started the work and was completely done within about 2 hours. I was able to leave town knowing my guests wouldn't have to worry about having their car stuck in my garage and the new system is so quiet and smooth!

I like that the repair could’ve been done on the same day as an estimate. The technician was very professional and explained exactly what he was gonna do and why, and showed me the different wear and tear and corrosion that could possibly give me further problems later on if I don’t replace The items or the parts of the garage door. Thank you for a quick and professional service for my garage door. David Longoria
