Our garage door opener died on us and I called Precision on a Friday afternoon. Their installer Mike was here at noon that Sunday, right on time. Super Bowl Sunday no less. He was very polite, courteous, and professional. He shared the options, upgrades, and accessories, but at no point did I feel pressured to buy. Mike was done within an hour and we have a much quieter, more efficient garage door opener. A very happy customer in Corcoran. Would definitely recommend them to anyone. Thank you!

If you ever need ur garage door fixed do not use this company. They will overcharge you. Technicians are fabulous. Company rips people off. They wave the $75 service fee if you use them but charge a minimum of $215. I had my cables replaced on my garage door. They charged me $83 for the cables when you can buy a pair @loweshomeimprovement @homedepot @menardshomeimprovement for like $8.99 @precisiondoorusa bad company and worse manager customer service. #badbuisness

I chose Precision Door because you are the vendor we have used in the past. You installed a new garage door opener a couple of years ago, and it has worked very well since. I needed a second remote which Devon Nelson brought over and programmed for me this morning. Your technicians are always friendly and very professional. I appreciate their service very much.

Our garage door would not operate due to a broken spring, not a good deal, so I went on the internet and Precision had a lot of good ratings and comments. Its was later in the day so when I called, we were able to get an appointment at 8:00 the next day! Alex showed up and we had him replace both springs and he was done in a short amount of time. Everyone we dealt with was very kind and courteous. Definitely use again.

We had Ryan come by to fix our broken garage motor mount. It was an awkward mount that didn’t have a straight forward repair but Ryan did a great job repairing it and making it work. Top-notch experience from start-to-finish! The customer service representative (Holly) was extremely helpful, and she was able to set me for a service appointment 12 hours after my initial call. The technician (Bret) that arrived to perform the repairs was nothing short of fantastic; he was friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and very quick with his work. Overall, I could not be happier that I chose Precision!

Troy was very professional from the time he arrived. He showed me step by step on all the issues that could be causing my door to fail. He found the problem and fixed it and showed me exactly what was causing the issue. He also game me a quote on some preventive maintenance that will cause further issues in the future. The technician called to advise me of his expected arrival. Upon arrival he was friendly and polite. I showed him the problem and after he completed his inspection he gave me a quote. Work was completed in approximately 30 minutes. I was happy with the result and considered the price reasonable.
