Top-notch experience from start-to-finish! The customer service representative (Holly) was extremely helpful, and she was able to set me for a service appointment 12 hours after my initial call. The technician (Bret) that arrived to perform the repairs was nothing short of fantastic; he was friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and very quick with his work. Overall, I could not be happier that I chose Precision!

Troy was very professional from the time he arrived. He showed me step by step on all the issues that could be causing my door to fail. He found the problem and fixed it and showed me exactly what was causing the issue. He also game me a quote on some preventive maintenance that will cause further issues in the future. I would recommend this company.

I called at midnight last night with an emergency - my garage door broke and I could not get it open to get my car out for a meeting this morning. I called at midnight and a wonderful technician, Devon, was at my house at 7:55 this morning. He explained in detail what the problem was and fixed it in time for me to get to my meeting. Eli the technician showed up right on time. He was very friendly and professional as he explained how he was going to assess our current garage door openers and all the components of our garage doors. After he completed that assessment, he clearly explained what he suggested to address the issue we had with our garage door openers and why. I decided to go with new garage door openers for both our doors. Eli did an excellent job installing door openers and I was pleasantly surprised how quickly he got it done. After completing the install, he did a fantastic job explaining all the features and what to do if the openers didn't seem to be working properly or showed any error codes. Eli was an absolutely fantastic technician, and all the customer service reps I spoke with at Precision Door Service were friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend anyone to use Precision Door Service to replace their garage door openers. I expect I'll be replacing my garage doors in the next year or two, and based on this experience I plan to have Precision Door Service perform that work as well.

We had Ryan come by to fix our broken garage motor mount. It was an awkward mount that didn’t have a straight forward repair but Ryan did a great job repairing it and making it work. It was great service and I appreciated his honest assessment at the end of what we were dealing with. We will definitely be using this company in the future.
