Because of COVIDVIRUS the lead time was longer then expected. I knew that would be the situation when I placed my order. The wait was certainly worth it. The two installers arrived on time. They called ½ hour prior to let me know they were on their way. We were in the middle of a huge snow storm but the install was perfect! Precision Door is an upstanding business to work with and I highly recommend them to anyone who may be thinking about a new garage door. Thank you Josh and Erik(?) for a job well done.

One of the springs on our garage door broke on a weekend so I gave Precision a call. Someone answered right away and helped setup an appointment. The appointment time was accurate and the team that did the repairs were friendly, communicated clearly, and did an awesome job on the repair. I will definitely call Precision the next time I need garage door service.

The spring on my garage door broke Sunday. The first place I called said they would have to come look Monday morning, explained a spring shortage, many people ahead of me…. I called Precision next. Jessica told me a technician could be to my house Tuesday morning between 8 and 10 and would be prepared to replace my springs and cables then. Mike Greek called me shortly after 8, said he was on his way. He explained my options (the door had dropped and had some damage), gave me the prices, and got busy! An hour later I was good to go. Mike was great, I will not hesitate to call when I decide to replace my door.

My garage door was installed today after several months of waiting for the order to come in (at no fault of Precision) and I love it! Donovan and Alex did a great job and were very friendly; they walked me through how to use it and did a nice job ensuring the rubber gaskets were working without gaps. As an aside, the sales guy who sold me the door had such great things to say about his boss, his compensation and more that he sold me on using a company that takes good care of their employees.

I love Precision Door Service. What is so great about your company is that your very courteous employees evaluate the problem, give you a cost and immediately gets to work. I’m totally lost when my door is not working and if I had to wait even one day for the work to be done it would be a burden since I’m a senior citizen. Josh installed a completely new door opener in 1 1/2 hours. Everything was spotless when he left. Thank you for making my day. Josh is a gem!

This is the second time Devon has been out. The first time was to install a new garage opener and the second time was to replace broken springs. Precision was my third call. I had first called two other companies that I had used in the past. The wait was a week from both. I went on line and looked for another company. After checking reviews I called Precision and was able to get a tech out the next day. Jason was right on time, very personable and efficient. He replaced the broken spring and had the door working in 20 minutes. The price was less than I expected and I also received a Military discount. I will put Precision on top of my list for any future repairs.

Precision did a beautiful job replacing all the components of the door - rollers, cable, etc. they also installed the lift master opener and the new myQ features make it easy versus having all the remotes. Nice when your expecting company and you can open your door from anywhere. Would highly recommend. I can tell you Jason was excellent, professional, timely, worked and cleaned up after himself. Excellent work!
