Chad (who should get an Employee of the Year award) came to our house on a Saturday afternoon and, in a very short time, solved ALL of our garage door remote control problems (we have lots of vehicles and lots of remotes and we struggled with trying to program our cars to open the garage doors; the door pads (on the outside of the garage) stopped working - anyway, it was a mass of trouble! Chad straightened it all out, lubricated our doors (now they HUM instead of GROAN) and while doing so he regaled us with tales of his pool playing!! (IF he comes out, ask him to show you the video of a CRAZY game-winning shot he made!!!) The price was fantastic and everything was quickly done and it felt like we spent 1/2 hour with a friend. We HIGHLY recommend Precision... and CHAD!

I think I was really overcharged for the work that was done on my door. I told the technician that I would be replacing the door in a year and he still charged me $450 just to get my door working again.

Chad was right on time and did a thorough exam of my garage door. He explained what apparently went wrong and why my door didn’t work with the opener. He explained my options and I’m the one who asked for a new opener with all the bells and whistles. Being 80 and no one here but me I didn’t want to always have to call friends for help and with my current opener well over 20 years old I chose to go new. He explained how everything works and even set my car's home button for me. I really appreciate everything you as a company and Chad as the expert did!

I found Precision in one of those flier we get in the mail. It was for Excelsior but they cover most of the metro area. I was very pleased with the speed that Precision was able to get out and fix the garage door that was stuck in the open position. I was trying to get ready for the holidays and had a lot to do when we were stuck with the door problem. Jonathan got out to our place that very afternoon and was very thorough and fixed our problem very quickly and got me on my way. I was so thankful. I was very happy with the price too. Well worth it.

Great experience! Our technician Chris Taylor was an absolute peach! Super friendly! He explained and pointed everything out that caused the garage issue or would potentially cause issues in the future. I never even looked and I’m so glad he pointed them all out. Technican showed up at appointed time and was very knowledgable, friendly and easy to talk with. He explained what needed to be done to replace the old torque type tension spring on my double garage door. When done with installation he made sure that the door was operating properly and gave me suggestions on future maintance not one for the garage hinges etc but also the opener too.
