Paul did an excellent job fixing the broken spring on my garage door. He kept me updated on his arrival time and when the first set of springs he put on didn't work quite right, Paul made sure to make it right by removing them and installing a heavier set of springs. I will use Precision again if I have any other problems with my garage doors.

I lost my garage door opener and had high anxiety that someone would find it and access my home. I called last night at 11pm and Brian Bergstrom came by today at noon. He helped me program new remotes and even discovered a need to change cables on my garage door that would have lead to mechanical failure in the future.
