Scheduling appointment was easy and timely. I actually got same day appointment. Technition was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. He described the different garage door openers they had and the differences between them but did not push me to choose the highest priced unit. He let me choose based on my needs. Installed with an hour and the tech spent time going over everything after it was installed and insured I was satisfied. Great experience!

This past Tuesday I spoke with a neighbor who told me that he had Precision Door Minnesota to his home to quiet a noisy garage door. He was most impressed with the service which prompted me to call Precision to address what we consider an irritatingly noisy garage door. James Magaard showed up this morning. James (Jim, Jamey?). He was impressively personable and professional. He conducted a thorough inspection of our garage door, then went over it with me, pointing out components that were worn to the point that replacement was advisable, others that were slightly worn, but had good life left, and others that could be left as is for now. He provided two estimates for two different repair scenarios, along with pros and cons of each. Once I made a selection, he took approximately 45 minutes to undertake and complete the repairs, then went over with me what had been done, and made suggestions for ongoing home self-maintenance. The garage door is now quiet. I could hardly be more pleased and impressed with the Precision operation and with Jack as the firm's field representative.

On Sunday April 7, 2024, the torsion spring for our main garage door had broken and I needed to get the garage door fixed so my wife could get to work on Monday. I checked for any services available to make the repair. I found Precsion Door had several 5-star ratings and I decided to call them, figuring that it would not be until Monday the phone would be answered. To my surprise, someone answered, and I explained my situation. The receptionist stated that they would have someone come out on a Sunday. I then asked if this was considered an emergency call, I was told no it was a regular workday for them. Shortly after I booked the repair with Precsion Door, I received an email message stating that Gregg Traylor would arrive between 2:00 and 4:00 pm. I received a phone call from Gregg stating that he was done early with his current appointment early and was on his way to our residence. Gregg arrived at 1:00 pm, he promptly looked over what all was wrong with the garage door other than the torsion spring. He pointed out several items that should be serviced but told me I could do only the torsion spring replacement today. I chose only to replace the torsion spring. Once the work was completed, Gregg explained to me when the garage door was originally installed the torsion spring installed was rated for 300 pounds and the door actually should have had a torsion spring for 350 pounds. He installed the correct spring. Throughout the entire process, Gregg was extremely professional and friendly taking all the time to explain what he had observed that needed to be serviced at some point. He also emailed pictures of things he observed so I can decide when to do these things. Precsion Door’s prices were not out of line, and I would consider using them again for my garage door services!

I was in an unfortunate situation where I needed my garage door released due to an accident, which Precision was able to come out immediately the next day. Fast forward to receiving the new door and the install team was outstanding. They did a top notch job, the door is installed perfectly, the job site is cleaner than they started, and they made sure I was informed on how to take care of the door. They also ensured me if I had any questions to reach out and I would be taken care of. I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing garage door services!

Technician Adam came out and replaced the springs and some other parts on the garage door. We requested a 8:00 appointment on a Sunday morning online and he was right on time. I called late afternoon because I couldn’t open my garage door. The woman who answered my call found my name in your system as. a customer. She scheduled us for 8-10 the next day. Patrick arrived a little past 8 a.m. He did an inspection and provide ded a cost and I told him todo the work. He pointed out everthing thathad been replaced. He was very friendly and everything sorks fine. Excellent company.

I contacted Precision Garage Door this AM, not expecting any help for a day or two. It was Saturday with a big snow storm coming soon. I reached a live person (as promised on their ad) and a friendly and knowledgeable technician showed up in less than 2 hrs (as promised). He checked out the entire door and relayed what we already knew. It was a disaster of previous bad repairs and mis-matched parts! He had all the many parts we needed in his truck and replaced everything in under 2 hrs, including old rotten wood supports. Wow, what a difference! We finally have a smooth reliable door just in time for the snow!

Precicion met every expectation. I had a 2 PM- 4 PM appointment time the Brian B. was there exactly at 2. He diagnosed the problem and checked over my door. My opener was 26 years old so after discussing my options I decided to purchase a new opener. Brian was done in an hour or so, reviewed all that he did (he lubed all the rollers and aligned the door), and demonstrated the operation of the opener. Perfect!!
