Service by your technician was great! Timeliness was great! However, your pricing was excessive! In comparison to other companies you charged me double on the springs which I am not happy about. I have had work done on garage doors prior to and have never paid as much as this time. Based on that, I will have a difficult time coming back. Paul

Gregg, the technician, showed up on time, performed a completely analysis and provided a few options to get the door spring working. He did a great job explaining each option and did not pressure us into more expensive solutions. Service was completed in less than 1 hour and door works perfectly. This is the second door Precision has fixed and both experiences were great!

Precision responded quickly to my request and the technician they sent out was awesome. Very personable, professional and straight forward, he clarified my concerns and then did an assessment of my system. Once completed, he explained the solution to my problem and gave me some other options I could do to improve performance. When I just chose to get the original problem fixed and nothing more, there was no shame or blame. He did the job, left the place clean, and we where all happy with the solution. I'd definitely recommend.

We are so happy with the repair and service of Greg at Precision! He was on time, took plenty of time explaining options to us, and even swept the garage! The garage door glides smoothly and doesn’t screech anymore, warning the neighbors that we’re on the move. We love all the new features, garage door openers have changed a lot since 1998!

Last year Precision installed our new garage door. They did an excellent job, even found the paint to match the other units in our townhomes. Yesterday I was having trouble with the garage door not closing. Within two hour of my call, Greg came and fixed the problem and explained why it was happening. Precision is the best!

FIRST RATE SERVICE. Professional, friendly and reliable. Greg was excellent. He inspected all aspects of the door and lifter and gave me a detailed analysis of what needed to be done to tune it up and lessen the noise. He was realistic in his assessment and answered my questions completely and honestly about service alternatives. He explained everything well so I could decide what I wanted to do today and what I could defer until a later time. Then he went about his work and completed everything we had decided to do. I have used Precision before on my other garage door and have recommended them to friends who have also used them. I have been impressed with their quality of service and my friends have been too.
