Having our garage door springs fail on a Saturday night seemed like aa major deal. I called and you were able to have a technician out at 8 AM on a Sunday. John Holton was FANTASTIC, He was very knowledgeable and explained in detail what was needed and why. He got the job done quickly and made sure I understood everything he did. Great job and I will be recommending your company.

I chose Precision because of their professionalism and responsiveness to my questions. I wanted a product with great lighting, which they offered. Also, includes an app, which unfortunately may not work in my home because the wifi signal probably won't reach. The tech, Jason, was friendly, professional and efficient. Also, they sent his picture to me in advance so I would know who to expect.

Technician Jon was early, very professional from beginning to finish. He showed pictures and explored three options while explaining what could happen if left as it was. When parts were taken off I was shown why they needed to be replaced. Rollers, torsion cables, end bearing plate, bottom bracket standard, vertical track, bottom weather seal. Done in a timely matter. Very highly recommended!

Devon was our repair person. We had broken springs and was going out of town at 2:30pm. Devon showed up on time and told him we had a plane to catch. He said he would work as fast as he could and will do it right so we could catch our flight. He got it done perfectly and made our flight. Had off to Precision Garage Door for Hiring this person. Devon couldn't have been more professional. He did a thorough inspection and gave me his assessment. I thought his recommendation to replace the cables was solely an upsell, until he showed me the cable that only had 4 strands intact at the loop end. was not happy with service was told by receptionist or who ever answers phone service man would have parts on truck to repair opener. didn't have anything paid for service call and he googled the problem as I had already done before he came. I told service women could be circuit card was told they had replacement parts on truck. if I would have known all he could do was try and sell me new opener I would not have had. you come out. I think I should have my money returned. was not happy!!!!

I called Precision Door Mn around 9am. A technician named Jon arrived around 10:30 am. He first explained the choices and costs. Then he went to work. He was obviously skilled and efficient. He wasted no time. When he finished he answered my questions. At all times he was professional and courteous. The cost was reasonable. I highly recommend Jon and Precision Door Mn.

A young man very qualified for his work arrived at my home at 8:00 this morning to fix my garage door. He was prompt, friendly, and ready to go to work. I noticed how he seemed to enjoy his work. He gave me an estimate as what it would cost to complete what needed to be done and went to work. When the job was completed he explained what was done and I could see that he made an improvement in how the door opener looked and certainly how it worked! I'd have Ian back anytime my garage door or opener needed work.

Spring broke yesterday. We called this morning, and Jason was at the house within one hour. He checked out the door, did a thorough review of the work needed and the cost; and did not try to sell any unneeded work. He got to work quickly and was done within the time promised.
