I had a spring go out Sunday morning and called around 11am to set up an appointment. I had a technician (Troy) call me shortly after and was at my house by noon. Everything was fixed and completed around 1pm. Response was fast and Troy was professional and walked me through what was completed.

Great experience. Eli was the best, possibly one of the best technicians I've had a my home. He was timely, polite and knew garage doors. After completion my door is operating like new. Prices were affordable. Would have them back but with the great job there will more than likely not be a need.

I called in the morning and they were out the same day within the 2 hour time frame they gave me. The tech called before hand twice, once to let me know it would be the latter half of the time frame and again when he was 30 minutes out. While I needed to replace the door opener, Jason did a thorough inspection of the door and cables. He then prepped good, better and best recommendations and suggested the door cables should be replaced. I selected one option and okayed the cables and he was done removing the old and installing the new opener and cables in less than 1.5 hours. Because my car is older the Homelink wouldn't work with the new unit, so they threw in the Homelink Bridge Kit. Terrific, professional work all the way around. Highly recommended

Everyone was very friendly and explained the process up front. Eli showed up and did a full inspection before giving his recommendations.
