The technician Devon was great, he did a good job assessing the situation we were having with our garage door told us all the things that were options for us to do and explained it thoroughly. It didn’t take him long to do all the things that were needed to make the garage door run efficiently again. I will definitely give precision door a call again if I ever have troubles with another garage door.

I was able to schedule a same-day appointment for someone to come out and look at my garage. Devon called me before he arrived and was very prompt. He was very friendly and respectful. He immediately knew the issue, within 5 minutes of his arrival. He still took the time to look over the rest of the garage door and do an inspection. He then gave me an estimate for our garage door that was very reasonable! Within 15 minutes of the estimate, our garage door was fixed and operational. He was AMAZING!!! Thank you Devon!!

Eli the technician showed up right on time. He was very friendly and professional as he explained how he was going to assess our current garage door openers and all the components of our garage doors. After he completed that assessment, he clearly explained what he suggested to address the issue we had with our garage door openers and why. I decided to go with new garage door openers for both our doors. Eli did an excellent job installing door openers and I was pleasantly surprised how quickly he got it done. After completing the install, he did a fantastic job explaining all the features and what to do if the openers didn't seem to be working properly or showed any error codes. Eli was an absolutely fantastic technician, and all the customer service reps I spoke with at Precision Door Service were friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend anyone to use Precision Door Service to replace their garage door openers. I expect I'll be replacing my garage doors in the next year or two, and based on this experience I plan to have Precision Door Service perform that work as well.

We had a major garage door mishap on Thursday 08/27/20 around 5:15pm. I had to leave for a while but used your chat service around 8pm. You had an appt for me for 8am the next morning. Your tech, Erik Jergenson, text me and called me and was at my house at 8am. He surveyed what had happened, put a plan in place while explaining everything that needed to be done. He got to work and was finished before 11am. Great job and clean. I would recommend Precision to anyone needing garage door repair, service or replacement.
