Precision Garage came the same day when they said they would as fixed our garage door. Our technician, Bryce was extremely courteous and clearly knew his stuff. Although not cheap, the job was done well with good quality materials and a fantastic technician. We have a lifetime warranty so the cost was worth the same day service and ongoing piece of mind.

They called to check if they could arrive early as another job finished early. They arrived when they said they would and offered a few options for repair through replacement. Did not try to upsell us or push us to go for replacement. Completed work quickly and the repairs are working beautifully.

I've got to give Patrick 5 stars for his service. I'll admit, we wound up spending much more than we expected, but for me, price isn't the bottom line. Upon arrival, Patrick was extremely friendly. He asked questions about our pets, what I do for a living, and was generally very friendly. Taking the time to build that connection and rapport with a new customer is key. His work was fast, thorough and quality. If we ever need work done again, we will be sure to specifically request Patrick! Thanks so much! -Sam and Monika

Your tech Adam was great he explained the necessity and the inability to fix our old garage door opener and the need for a new one without being pushy. He explained all three options I had and price points for the new openers and the advantages of each. I decided on the lift master model with the MyQ app. Once the installation was completed he thoroughly went over the programming process. Adam was great to work with.
