Beware the upsell ! Had a broken spring so called and asked for a technician to come. First thing he said was that the bar on my opener was bent. I said I know it's been like that for a long time. In fact because it was flexing I had braced it by screwing it to the rafter just above it. Hence it has a slight bend, hasn't been an issue for the last 25 years. Technician did an inspection and came back with a laundry list of items that needed to improved, first list totaled over $2000. But there was a lesser list which totaled more than $1300. I said no way and asked him to leave which he did. Had a second professional take a look and none of the items mentioned in the inspection were an issue. Cables, rollers.... etc etc. Had both springs replaced for $300 plus tax and it's back to working as designed. I know that I have a 25 year old garage, I had it built. I also know that all it needed was two new springs and not a complete rebuild. Not impressed.

We were quoted and approved a $325 repair estimate over the phone for a broken torsion spring on our garage door. The tech showed up and after a five second glance told my wife that it was going to cost $1000 for the repair. She said no that was not ok, and the guy wanted an $85 trip charge. Said he wasn’t leaving until my wife paid him. She called me and I called Chuck’s boss to tell him he had 60 seconds to come get his boy out of my garage before I called the police. I can’t Un-recommend this company highly enough.

The initial installation was great and everything worked well. However 3 years into service we had to recently replace the door torsion springs. The two springs cost me half of what I spent on the entire door installation. We are not heavy users of the garage door. We have a side door we use a lot by passing opening the entire garage door for small tasks. The repair person was great and they were able fit me in within a couple hours after the springs snapped.

I’m a first time customer. Like someone else had said, their online booking process is easy. I had to call customer service with a question and they were easy to understand, polite, professional and knowledgeable. Shaun came out first day to assess what I needed. He was knowledgeable about their products and what would be best for me. No pushy sales pitch. Everyone I dealt with was professional, polite and courteous! Everything including the door was replaced in my case. Mitch and Justin were fast and efficient, and everything was done in no time! Warranty is worth it. Price is average to slightly below. Highly recommend!
