I highly recommend Precision Door. They have been awesome to work with. Their technician Ian Porter came an assessed the problem. He was very professional,very knowledgeable, and extremely pleasant. It turned out I needed a new garage door. He ordered the door. Customer service and let me know the door was in and set up an installment date. Today Rudy Vallejos came and installed the door. He did a fantastic job and was extremely pleasant. I love my new door. It looks great and works perfect. Thank you Precision Door!!!

I picked Precision because when I googled garage door repair your company came up offering service today (Christmas Eve) and I had just been stood up for a scheduled appointment by another company. Jon came at the appointed time about three hours later and fixed our broken door and upgraded both our garage doors and re-did my codes on one of them as well. I was very pleased with the service today. I will call Precision first next time.

Very professional company. I was able to schedule an appointment within one day. The salesperson was very knowledgable and answered all my questions. I ordered a new garage door on that same day. When the door was ready I was able to schedule an installation time which worked with my schedule. Great job! Garage door failed in the evening and tech was here by early morning (in snow storm). Technician Jon called prior to arrival and texted his pic so you know who is showing up. He did a great job on repairs and was very efficient and professional. Highly recommended.

Amazing! We got them through a home warranty and called literally within 30 seconds of making the claim. They were great about communication and making us feel safe with having work done on/in our home. Our technician, Devon, was so courteous (took his shoes off when going through the house to get to the garage door.
