Devon was knowledgeable, came early, and gave us the fix-it for now option or replace it now. Our opener was SO noisy, and he lubed up everything. It's tons quieter. May not stay that way, since it's almost 19 years old. When it has to be replaced, we will definitely call on Precision.

Wow! Precision Door Service just exceeded my expectations today! Everything from the first contact to good-bye was courteous, professional and top notch. Troy, the technician, communicated his arrival time, arrived on time, explained all that the service I needed entailed (without trying to sell me something I didn't need) and completed the job quickly and efficiently making sure that I didn't have any unanswered questions. Combine with reasonable pricing and a AAA discount, what more can a consumer ask for? There's good reason for their A+ rating with the BBB. I could not be more satisfied.

He gave us a detailed breakdown of what was wrong and finished the job in less than an hour. Chris was our tech, he arrived on time and did an excellent job. He explained what he was going to do and found 2 frayed cables that had to be replaced. He cleaned, greased, and added new rollers and the door is much quieter and works better than ever. I had a gap on the bottom of the door and he solved that also. I will definitely use Precision Door Service again.

Precision was the first site that came up when I search for garage repairs for a broken spring. The reviews were positive so I called at around 1pm.
