Great job! Garage door failed in the evening and tech was here by early morning (in snow storm). Technician Jon called prior to arrival and texted his pic so you know who is showing up. He did a great job on repairs and was very efficient and professional. Highly recommended.

Amazing! We got them through a home warranty and called literally within 30 seconds of making the claim. They were great about communication and making us feel safe with having work done on/in our home. Our technician, Devon, was so courteous (took his shoes off when going through the house to get to the garage door. I didn't even ask and that just spoke volumes to me), kind, and relayed information in a way that was easy to understand. He worked hard and efficiently and got it working in no time! They were pleasant and easy to work with and I would recommend them 10/10 times. Thank you!

I received 3 quotes and decided to go with Precision because of cost, professionalism and responsiveness to my questions. I also was given a referral from a friend who had two new doors installed this summer. They were not the least or most expensive, more importantly I wanted great service with a great product. I had both a new door and opener installed. Alex did an exceptional job explaining my options.The install from Eli and Jason was great as they were friendly, professional and efficient from beginning to end. At the end Alex followed up with me on a minor concern to make sure I was a satisfied customer and Eli and Jason came back out and made the adjustment. At the end of the day I am so happy I chose Precision and would highly recommend them for your Garage Door Service needs. Thanks again!!

My garage door opener broke Saturday evening. I called Sunday night and was able to make an appointment for Monday morning between 8 and 10. I didn't have to get up Monday morning to make phone calls to find someone to come out that morning. Service person called to let me know when he was on his way. He was friendly knowledgeable and explained my options without being pushy. He installed a new garage door opener, which is night and day better than the previous opener I had. I'm very pleased with my decision to go with this company and a new garage door opener.

Ian was great. He got there in the window that was promised, called when he was 30 min away. When he got he is was very personable, he showed me where the damage was and laid out all the options and was not pressuring and answered all my questions. Heard about them from my next door neighbor and when my opener stopped working I called. The service guy came out explained everything, both what wasn't working properly and why! He was early and was at my home for about 2hrs! He inspected what I had and replaced everything that needed replacement and didn't try to convince me to replace more than I needed! I would highly recommend them.

Was having intermittent problem with an old garage door opener. Figured it was time for a new opener. Rudy, the service tech, was able to correct the problem, gave us options to upgrade to a new opener, but was very honest and said he thought the old one was working fine. Very friendly, personable and honest service tech

These guys are awesome! I couldn't be happier with their service! I am a single woman and had just moved into a new (used) home. I'm not terribly handy with things like garage doors and was having technical difficulties getting my garage door opener to sync with my car and with the remotes which the previous owner had left. The technician came out and quickly did an absolutely thorough assessment of all critical parts of my garage door opener (motor, tracks, chain, spring, etc.). Given the age of the opener motor, he could have justified trying to sell me a new one, but he did not do that. :-) He reported that the opener mechanisms were in surprisingly good condition (given their age). All I needed was a new "universal" remote and then everything else sync'ed just fine! :-) The technician was an expert at this. He TOTALLY knew what he was doing! (And he did NOT push me to spend extra money. :-) ) Yay! :-) A cheap solution and an expert report on my garage door's health!

Very professional company. I was able to schedule an appointment within one day. The salesperson was very knowledgable and answered all my questions. I ordered a new garage door on that same day. When the door was ready I was able to schedule an installation time which worked with my schedule. The installation team arrived when they said they would, installed the new door and cleaned up everything. I am happy to recommend Precision Door for all your garage door needs.
