I highly recommend Precision Door. They have been awesome to work with. Their technician Ian Porter came an assessed the problem. He was very professional,very knowledgeable, and extremely pleasant. It turned out I needed a new garage door. He ordered the door. Customer service and let me know the door was in and set up an installment date. Today Rudy Vallejos came and installed the door. He did a fantastic job and was extremely pleasant. I love my new door. It looks great and works perfect. Thank you Precision Door!!!

I picked Precision because when I googled garage door repair your company came up offering service today (Christmas Eve) and I had just been stood up for a scheduled appointment by another company. Jon came at the appointed time about three hours later and fixed our broken door and upgraded both our garage doors and re-did my codes on one of them as well. I was very pleased with the service today. I will call Precision first next time.

We had 3 Garage Door Companies visit our house. Precision was by far and away the most professional, reliable, and trushworthy of the three. In addition the technician stayed and did the work right then and there. The others all gave various reasons why the work could not be done for a few weeks. Great Service.

Rudy and Travis were professional and discussed the garage door issues in an understandable manner. They went straight to work and took care of the issues that we had, including the reprogramming of the garage door opener. I would highly recommend Rudy and Travis. Very professional company. I was able to schedule an appointment within one day. The salesperson was very knowledgable and answered all my questions. I ordered a new garage door on that same day. When the door was ready I was able to schedule an installation time which worked with my schedule. The installation team arrived when they said they would, installed the new door and cleaned up everything. I am happy to recommend Precision Door for all your garage door needs.

Great job! Garage door failed in the evening and tech was here by early morning (in snow storm). Technician Jon called prior to arrival and texted his pic so you know who is showing up. He did a great job on repairs and was very efficient and professional. Highly recommended.

Amazing! We got them through a home warranty and called literally within 30 seconds of making the claim. They were great about communication and making us feel safe with having work done on/in our home. Our technician, Devon, was so courteous (took his shoes off when going through the house to get to the garage door. I didn't even ask and that just spoke volumes to me), kind, and relayed information in a way that was easy to understand. He worked hard and efficiently and got it working in no time! I received 3 quotes and decided to go with Precision because of cost, professionalism and responsiveness to my questions. I also was given a referral from a friend who had two new doors installed this summer. They were not the least or most expensive, more importantly I wanted great service with a great product. I had both a new door and opener installed. Alex did an exceptional job explaining my options.The install from Eli and Jason was great as they were friendly, professional and efficient from beginning to end. At the end Alex followed up with me on a minor concern to make sure I was a satisfied customer and Eli and Jason came back out and made the adjustment. My garage door opener broke Saturday evening. I called Sunday night and was able to make an appointment for Monday morning between 8 and 10. I didn't have to get up Monday morning to make phone calls to find someone to come out that morning. Service person called to let me know when he was on his way. He was friendly knowledgeable and explained my options without being pushy. He installed a new garage door opener, which is night and day better than the previous opener I had. I'm very pleased with my decision to go with this company and a new garage door opener.

Ian was great. He got there in the window that was promised, called when he was 30 min away. When he got he is was very personable, he showed me where the damage was and laid out all the options and was not pressuring and answered all my questions. Heard about them from my next door neighbor and when my opener stopped working I called. The service guy came out explained everything, both what wasn't working properly and why! He was early and was at my home for about 2hrs! He inspected what I had and replaced everything that needed replacement and didn't try to convince me to replace more than I needed! I would highly recommend them.
