Pat was right on time for our appointment after 2 other companies failed to show up at all! He provided an extensive review, including pictures, of my garage door/system that was 24 years old. I did have a broken spring which was the reason for my appointment. After a review of everything that worn or a possible future issue with my garage doors, we discussed replacing both doors instead of repairing them...putting off future issues. I ended up going with 2 new insulated doors. I have been in sales for 30 years. I don't feel like I was "sold" into purchasing new doors instead of fixing my existing issues. Pat, our technician, never pushed one option over another but simply laid out my options and let me decide.

I’m still amazed by how seamless it was working with Precision. In truth, I’m writing it down because I still don’t quite believe it. My ancient belt drive finally called it a day and after an attempted home repair somehow made that worse, Precision had an appointment scheduled and the unit totally replaced in under two hours. Chad did an impeccable job installing the unit, replacing some bad wiring from the 20th century, and explaining everything clearly so that I knew exactly what to expect. The person on the phone who set up the appointment was similarly pleasant to work with and a consummate professional. I won’t even consider going with a company other than Precision for anything having to do with my garage in the future. Thanks!

Alex, the technician that perform my service was, timely, professional, neat and a good communicator. Alex is an asset to your company! As a Continuous Improvement item, the scheduled time for my appointment, the email and text I received the day before all confirm an arrival time between, 10: a.m. to 12: noon. Alex showed up at 8: a.m.. Just an FYI, how accurate commination is vital.

A technician came out to assess the lights and it was decided to replace the whole unit at no extra cost to us. I will always di business with Percision when it comes to our garage and opener. He was professional, efficient, respectful, etc. I would’ve given five stars except he could not sync the remote to my car. And it was nothing he did. It was some problem with the app. That was something that should’ve taken about 30 seconds and he worked on it for about an hour. No, I’m left having to deal with it via the 800 number
