I called Precision Door Service given on your site you stressed the fact that fixing a door can be done rather than a full replacement. When the technician got here, the response was the gear is sheered off so the entire garage door opener needs to be replaced. No consideration to even fix the opener was presented. The cost of replacing the opener was quoted at $500 dollars which is ridiculous. And I get charged $75 for the technicians to show up and give me this proposal. I've since purchased the replacement parts for the opener at a cost of $27 and will fix it myself.

Our new garage doors are BEAUTIFUL!! The doors open and close so nicely. They glide up & down so quietly with no distress. It is such a nice change. We can't be happier. I chose precision garage based on few google reviews I read. My experience with precision was great. It was seamless from the time I requested a quote all the way to installation. Donney and Joshua showed up in time and they were very thorough and took their time to get everything installed and functioning properly. They were both very knowledgeable and gave us few tips regarding maintenance of garage doors and its components. I definitely recommend Precision Garage and their friendly team for your garage needs.

Prompt response when we called after our garage door springs snapped in single digit temperatures. We called at 11am and door was repaired by 2pm. Colton, the tech that pulled into the driveway, was friendly and business like. Efficient. Explained the costs on spring replacement and also replaced our rusty cables and bottom bracket which we knew were also going bad. The truck was marked and we appreciated getting an email with the tech's name, photo and background ahead of time. All very reassuring. The company seems to spend a great deal of effort on customer service. A-OK!

Because of COVIDVIRUS the lead time was longer then expected. I knew that would be the situation when I placed my order. The wait was certainly worth it. The two installers arrived on time. They called ½ hour prior to let me know they were on their way. We were in the middle of a huge snow storm but the install was perfect! Precision Door is an upstanding business to work with and I highly recommend them to anyone who may be thinking about a new garage door. Thank you Josh and Erik(?) for a job well done.

I choose your company because someone told me that you guys were reputable. From the inception of the call through the end of the service appointment, everything went perfectly. The original contact that I had on the phone with the agent was done very professionally. She was patient she listened to my concerns, she was very calm and she booked up an appointment for me as early as she could. I received a call from Jonathan the next day when he was on his way. He was on time he was very cordial, he was extremely knowledgeable, he showed me that I could trust him. The work he performed was satisfactory to me and it was done in a timely manner. After completion he explained to me how to operate the openers, the wall-mounted opener, and went through all the different system with me. I was impressed. I ask him to leave his business card because next time I have a problem, I want him to come and take care of it for me. Having employees like Jonathan will make your company more and more prosperous. I want to thank you for sending him over. BTW : he replaced the motor and drive chain, he tuned up all the springs, he added an outside keypad, and installed the safety lights on the door frames.

The service was very prompt and professional. The technicians knew their stuff and finished the job quickly. The only objection was that the job was extremely expensive. $930 and it took them 45 minutes to complete. I do understand that there is a cost for quick good work and with a shortage of parts at this time it is necessary to pay up.

One of the springs on our garage door broke on a weekend so I gave Precision a call. Someone answered right away and helped setup an appointment. The appointment time was accurate and the team that did the repairs were friendly, communicated clearly, and did an awesome job on the repair. Our garage door opener died on us and I called Precision on a Friday afternoon. Their installer Mike was here at noon that Sunday, right on time. Super Bowl Sunday no less. He was very polite, courteous, and professional. He shared the options, upgrades, and accessories, but at no point did I feel pressured to buy. Mike was done within an hour and we have a much quieter, more efficient garage door opener. A very happy customer in Corcoran. Would definitely recommend them to anyone. Thank you!
