Precision Garage Door Service is the best! We purchased our garage door years ago and it came with a lifetime warranty. I was skeptical of this warranty, but thought I would take a chance. I’m so glad I did! Due to the weight of the door, the spring has broken a few times and they come out right away to fix it. It is easy to make appointments online. Mike is amazing; he has been out the last two times and is so friendly and knowledgeable. He really looks out for the customer, as does Precision! Today, there were repairs done under the warranty that were not necessary needed right now, but Mike called and said why wait for it to break when we can fix it now. They agreed and approved the repairs!
