We called Precision Garage Door because when we called the ones we have used before, it sounded like they really didn't care if they did the work or not. Your company far exceeded our expectations. Our garage door runs smoother than when it was installed ca. 13 years ago! We have had a few companies come and service our garage door and our overall feeling was that they only did what was necessary while telling us that it could NOT be done better. Brian explained all of our options, showed us what parts, etc. he was talking about, but left us to freely make our own decision. He was professional, personable, and knew what he was doing and how to explain it to us. Thank you!

My neighbor recommended Precision Garage Door when the spring and cable broke on my garage door. I received top notch, excellent service beginning with the phone call to schedule my appointment through the completion of the work on my garage door. I was so happy that a technician, James, would be available to begin repairs so quickly! Step by step he thoroughly explained what he would be doing, beginning with surveying the damage, then presenting the options I had to choose from, and what the cost would be for each one. I really appreciated that James visually showed me the parts that were damaged. He did an awesome job of explaining each option and answered all of my questions. Once I decided on the option, James gave me an estimate of time to complete the work. When the work was completed, James showed me everything he had done, and I was amazed how perfectly the door was now operating! It has been a few days now since the work was done, and my garage door is operating so smoothly and quietly! Thank you James! You are an amazing technician! You are so professional and kind. Excellent and SAME DAY service for a broken spring. Communication was perfect regarding when service provider would be arriving and also provided their name and photograph to confirm identity. The work they did on my garage door was done with care. They fixed the door as I asked them to fix. Everything went fine. The Price was reasonable. If I had more money at the time I would have had the other 3 doors done too. I am happy with the job. The guys were very friendly and explained everything that they were going to do before they started the job. Good job.

A good job on needed repair was done by Mike and Patrick. I had a window of 10-12 and Tom called at 10:00 to inform me that Mike was running a little behind and wouldn’t be to my house until noon, which I appreciated. Jameson came out within minutes of contacting Precision. Spent an hour fixing the sensor short/signal weakness, and thereafter, half a dozen other tightenings, lubrication and improvements. Extremely knowledgeable. Lots of good annual/routine advice for DIY door and unit maintenance yourself. Smart, professional, conscientious. All the things boomers like myself sometimes say the younger generations don't possess. They ought to meet Jameson! If you live in Eden Prairie, or SW 'burbs I'd ask for him personally.
