The serviceman arrived at the time of appointment. He did an analysis and called me with what he’d be needing to do, which I approved. He fixed the initial problem but found a deeper problem that he walked me through on the phone. Jonathan gave good suggestions on the next step and let me know my options. I’m glad I chose Precision. James expertly assessed the damage (a broken pulley) and got to work. Our 1960's era steel hardware for the door mechanism proved to be an extra challenge. James burned through drill bits and a drill and got the work done and maintained the original time estimate despite the extra tool time needed. We now have a clear estimate to replace the similar parts in the second garage stall door. Awesome service - call these guys!

James did a wonderful job. He was very informative about what would be replaced if I decided to go forward. I was told by a different garage door company that I needed a spring replaced and James said there was nothing wrong with the spring. James was honest and explained all the inter workings of the lift master I had installed as well as replacing my rollers. Top of the line. Quality people and company. Thank you Precision and James. Punctual, courteous and efficient. They did have to come out three times. First because the door wouldn't open, the second time because the opener was broken and the third time because he didn't have an opener with him. Mike worked with my schedule today and had the new opener installed in about an hour.

Installer (jonathan) was very polite and knowledgeable about garage doors and accessories and explained everything as he went along as i was curious about a belt drive. After installing he went over everything with me explaining the security etc. I really was impressed with how quiet the belt was, my neighbors came over after he left and they were also amazed how quiet the belt drive was compared to the chain. I had used precision before to install a broken spring.

I called them on Tuesday and they came out Wednesday and they sent the wrong person one for replacing the door not to fix it. He said we can have someone come out Thursday. Will he came out and did not have the right springs but said it could take up yo 1 month to get the right one in. My door won't open because my spring is broken. I told him I will call him later so he said you have to pay $75.00 now for me coming out and the coast would be over $750.00 for the springs. I called North Country and he was out In one hr. Had the right springs on his truck he fix my door and put the heavy duty spring on and only charged me $350.00.

We were happy for this opportunity to speak with you about the misunderstandings that took place here and were happy to refund your trip fee as the errors were on our end. This experience has shown us a few things we need to work on in-house with communication and custom orders and we thank you for the opportunity to make this situation right and learn from the issues pointed out.

Called Precision approximately 11:30 AM, Technician Josh Kuss arrived about 1:30PM. Josh was very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable! He quoted me the price to fix my opener, and also the price for a new opener. Josh repaired my opener in less than 2 hours. He is truly a credit to his company.
