Troy came over on Monday, May 17th to repair a broken door. Not only did he call and update me on his arrival time, was right on the dot, and repaired the door in question, solved another door issue, explained the situation, answered questions, and provided the best Customer Service that myself and neighbor have seen in a long time! I called about a broken spring and they offered to send someone that same day. I opted for the following morning and Devon arrived promptly at 8. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient, and we are happy with the quality of the repair.

Prompt; diagnosed the problem and corrected it. It required a correction of alignment of the sensors and a new key pad. Only half an hour of time required for the technician.

Called at 12 Noon. Devon (The Tech) was out by 1:15 on the same day. Devon performed an inspected, showed me some other concerns he had, and then I chose the work I wanted to perform. Devon was super courteous, professional, and finished all the repairs in less than an hour. It was a great experience!

Thank goodness a technician could come right away. A spring had broken and there was no way to lift the door. Eli was at the house within an hour of my call and an hour after that, everything was repaired. It was all very efficient and professional.

From the time I discovered my garage door would not open, due to the main spring being broken, till it was fixed, and Eli had departed, was less than 2 hours. Everyone I talked to or worked with was very pleasant. A total 10 on everything. Great job.

Prompt, safe, efficient and friendly are words I would use to describe our experience. I appreciated getting a notice (with picture) of the tech who would be performing the install. We were able to get an appointment immediately but the estimate was double what we ended up paying with another company that came out 2 hours later. Be careful of the service fee that will be “waived” if they end up doing the work because once they are at your place the estimate is extremely high. You will end up paying the service fee.

The rep was very competent and courteous. I would recommend less aftershave. I have an extreme reaction to perfumes, aftershaves, etc. my throat gets irate do and I start to cough. Not his problem, mine but nonetheless just thought I would mention it. Also, last fall Tom came to fix the cables on my door, told me my door was in bad shape and said a comparable door would cost about $850. Imagine my surprise to order a new one today for $1300+. It is what it is. I'm sure my new door will be fabulous. Just sayin.
