My expectations were exceeded on a Friday afternoon to have a service technician arrived at my door within 30 minutes of my initial service call. Alex completed the repair in an efficent manner and provided future suggestions for my garage door upkeep. Excellent service.

Having our garage door springs fail on a Saturday night seemed like aa major deal. I called and you were able to have a technician out at 8 AM on a Sunday. John Holton was FANTASTIC, He was very knowledgeable and explained in detail what was needed and why. He got the job done quickly and made sure I understood everything he did. Great job and I will be recommending your company.

Devon couldn't have been more professional. He did a thorough inspection and gave me his assessment. I thought his recommendation to replace the cables was solely an upsell, until he showed me the cable that only had 4 strands intact at the loop end. He really went the extra mile to do a great job for us. I will definitely be calling him back when I have any other garage door needs. What a Rockstar employee! Thanks Devon!

The rep was very competent and courteous. I would recommend less aftershave. I have an extreme reaction to perfumes, aftershaves, etc. my throat gets irate do and I start to cough. Not his problem, mine but nonetheless just thought I would mention it. Also, last fall Tom came to fix the cables on my door, told me my door was in bad shape and said a comparable door would cost about $850. Imagine my surprise to order a new one today for $1300+. It is what it is. I'm sure my new door will be fabulous. Just sayin.

I called early this morning to request service as our garage door failed to go up last night. I was so very impressed - quick answer - cheerful voice not a long message. Top notch customer service. They gave me options of when a repairman would be able to come to our home. I received an text and an email when he was on the way. The communication included a picture and a bio of the service person so I knew who was coming. He was professional and knew what to do. He gave us an estimate. We said yes - in less than an hour my door was all set and in far better condition than before. I would highly recommend this company!

I was really impressed with your company from the start. The young woman who took my initial call was prepared to capture details and confirm them back to me. One tech was originally scheduled to complete the work, but he was held up at a previous stop so you dispatched a different tech who was still on time, friendly, courteous, and engaged. Devon diagnosed and repaired the problem quickly. This was a very good experience all the way around. Thanks!

Very fast and courteous service!! The customer service representative was kind and polite and explained my options. It was an emergency call. I was given a timeframe of 6 to 8 and received service at 5:15. The technician called before arriving as promised and was also very courteous.

Duncan came out to look at my garage door opener on Saturday, on time! He was nice, knowledgeable, and helpful. He said the opener was most likely the original and was over 30 years old and obsolete! He did a replacement in a swift manner and and explained it to me. Thank you!

The service was 5 star A+++ from the very beginning. I have a home service contract and this was the company they chose for my garage door repairs. I had just finished my internet request with my service contractor and Precision was calling already to schedule the work at my convenience. Confirmations were sent to me both via email and text message. My technician Rudy called me on the day of service to see if he might come a little earlier. That worked out great for me. Prior to his arrival he sent a message with his picture and short bio about him. I loved that as it identified him and gave me a talking point or two for when he came. He arrived exactly when he said he would. Rudy was SO polite, very friendly and SO knowledgable. He explained exactly what he was going to do, the various possible outcomes and costs to me. Rudy performed the service efficiently and effectively. He emailed the detailed bill and documents with options for additional repairs in the future plus a detailed list of the condition of all the parts. From beginning to end, the experience was perfect. Kudos to Precision Garage Door Service.

The technition A.J. was very knowledgeable quickly assesed the problem and repaired it accordingly with a new key pad. He was on time in fact called earlier because he had some available time to complete the job earlier. He conducted a psot inspection of the work and tested the system several times to ensure it's proper working order. A.J. was very friendly and provided great customer service. I would highly recomend Precision door.
