I choose your company because someone told me that you guys were reputable. From the inception of the call through the end of the service appointment, everything went perfectly. The original contact that I had on the phone with the agent was done very professionally. She was patient she listened to my concerns, she was very calm and she booked up an appointment for me as early as she could. I received a call from Jonathan the next day when he was on his way. He was on time he was very cordial, he was extremely knowledgeable, he showed me that I could trust him. The work he performed was satisfactory to me and it was done in a timely manner. After completion he explained to me how to operate the openers, the wall-mounted opener, and went through all the different system with me. I was impressed. I ask him to leave his business card because next time I have a problem, I want him to come and take care of it for me. Having employees like Jonathan will make your company more and more prosperous. I want to thank you for sending him over. BTW : he replaced the motor and drive chain, he tuned up all the springs, he added an outside keypad, and installed the safety lights on the door frames.

Garage door spring broke on one of the coldest nights of the year. I called Precision Garage Door at 7:15 the next morning, the technician was here less than an our later and he did the repair immediately. Wonderful service, would highly recommend.

This means we inspect every door and opener and note the condition of all parts and offer solutions to take care of anything we see as an issue. I gave this review a four star, the fault of this entire experience was paying 50% more of the retailed price for a new garage remote. Other than that my issue did not need any repair just a new remote. Overall, I am pleased with their service however would advise with a word of cation to do some research on pricing.

Excellent service! My request for a technitian to service my door was answered promptly. I appreciated receiving an email with the technitian's picture telling me that he was on his way. Jason arrived as scheduled and determined the issue very quickly. He was courteous and helpful when explaining my options. My new motor was installed within the hour. I will definitely call Precision Door if I have any other issues.

Jon Z was out service Technician we called to have a garage door opener fixed. Jon took time to diagnose the problem and informed us that unfortunately it is not repairable. Overall, this was a very positive experience. My old garage door opener decided to stop functioning on a Saturday night...just would not lift the door. I called several places, and did not hire any of them, due to big trip charges, huge hourly labor rates, and disinterested customer service people. When I hit your company, your answering service was obviously connected to you. Operator Kim could describe how your company functioned, its philosophy, how fees worked, etc. She was also warm, caring, and supportive. She assigned my case to Technician Alex. Alex arrived on time this morning (actually 10 minutes early), and was very personable, kind, and patient. I agreed to replace the opener, rather than repair the old one, but felt he gave me the time to make that decision on my own. There was no pressure at all. He was knowledgeable, and was able to answer all of my questions about the new equipment and about the invoice. He was also efficient, and installed the new opener and the additional equipment in record time. And, it's all working very nicely right now. Initially, I was attracted to your ad that indicated you worked on weekends for no additional fees. I was calling late on Saturday, so all of your Sunday slots were filled. I decided Monday AM was good enough, since everything else seemed so "right." Would not hesitate to call you again, and plan to recommend you to others.
