Wow! What a great experience with Precision Garage Door and Service Technician, Mike Greek. The problem with our garage door happened the day before Labor Day. I went to the website and found that Precision Garage Door was scheduling service calls on Labor Day!! I put in my information and scheduled for 10:00 AM service call on Labor Day. Mike Greek arrived right on time and patiently listened to my description of the problem. He thoroughly explained what he would do to solve the problem. He also said he would inspect the entire garage door to see if there were any other issues. He torqued all the attachment screws anchoring the garage door tracks to door frames. Mike was very professional and personable. All of this was done at a very reasonable price.

Adam performed a repair on our garage door and carefully explained what was going on, what was needed, where it was appropriate to upgrade to better materials, e/g a stainless steel cable vs. a steel cable that could rust, and at the end showed us how to properly keep the door lubricated and in good functioning order. Overall, we're incredibly happy with the service we received.

My garage door was lying on top of my car. The tech, Jameson, arrived early, assessed the problems, and went to work as soon as another tech, Chad, could join him due to the weight of the door. They very carefully removed the door in sections and caused no further damage to my car which surprisingly had little damage, a tiny scratch in the paint where it landed. Jameson and Chad did an outstanding job of cleaning up and preparing the area for a new door, motor, and hardware to be installed this week. Punctual arrival within 2 hours was wonderful. I feared my car would be trapped for days. This is the second time I have called Precision Door Service, and I continue to sing the employees praises.

2nd time I've used Precision Garage Door and the service was excellent again. On time, with necessary parts, done in a timely fashion. Tech gave me maintenance advice (requested). I went with more expensive options so repair was more than before. I think quality service justifies a higher cost. I doubt this company and it's technicians get many come backs since they encourage doing it right the first time.

Hello, we had a spring on our garage door break last night. I called first thing in the morning for service. The receptionist was extremely helpful and polite. She was able to book a time between 8-10 am. I was soon notified that Chad would be arriving soon. He showed up a little after 8:00, showed me what had happened, and provided me a detailed listing of what he recommended, as well as the total cost. He was able to quickly fix all issues, and was gone by 9:30-9:44. I can’t thank you enough for the quick response, as well as the excellent work Chad provided! Thanks!

They came out to look at my garage door and charged me a service fee just to come out and said it would be waived if we proceeded like they were giving me a discount or something!! Then proceeded to tell me I needed this and that on a 5 year old garage door and the price of the springs was double anyone else trying to say they have special springs and cables they are all the same!! When they told me the price I said no way it was over $1100 for replacing springs?? I called a different place who has been in business longer and great reviews that don’t try to rip you off ! And for garage door springs and cables and new Rollers my price was less than half of the 1100 precision garage door tried to charge me!! I would like them to refund my money because that is crazy what they tried to charge me!!! So feel free to contact me precision garage as I am waiting on a manager to return my call!!!
