Adam was great! He had good communication prior to his arrival and explained our options thoroughly. He provided multiple quotes for various services. We ultimately replaced our 30 year old opener and broken springs and it was all done same day. Adam did a great job explaining all the new features when he was finished!

A spring broke on our 35 year old door. Not an emergency so scheduled service a few days out. Great communication by Precision, call from our tech Pat B. Poor to his arrival. Courteous fellow and knowledgeable and skilled. We decided to update/replace sme worn rollers, and Pat identified a rusted frozen bearing. Pat really did care about his work, you'd be pleased to see him! Good work doesn't come cheap, and we now have a nearly silent, properly operating door. From 35 years old to basically new. Keypad on my door started to fail. Called Precision and they offered to come out the same day. Replaced it free of charge and did a full inspection to make sure everything else was ship shape. Thankful for the professional and knowledgeable team of technicians.

I would definitely recommend Precision Garage Door Twin Cities! Ryan was the technician that came out to assist me with my garage concerns. He was so friendly and helpful! He took the time to address all my concerns and answered my questions thoroughly in a manner that I understood. I had a technician from a different company come out the day prior for a consult of the same issue. That technician told me that I needed to replace a lot and my garage was inoperable until repairs were done. I really appreciate that Ryan was honest with me and confirmed that my garage was in fact operable and the damage I've done was minimal. He explained the options I can choose to take. Unlike the last company I was in touch with, I didn't feel pressured to buy on the spot. Ryan was so kind and understanding and I feel that that's hard to come by. I truly appreciated his help!

Fantastic! They were able to come same-day when my torsion spring broke. Not only did they replace the springs, but the visit also includes a full check on the conditions of the rest of the door components, so I opted to replace the torsion cables and vertical track rails too since the old ones were incredibly rusty and likely to fail soon anyway. Even with the extra replacements, the whole visit took under an hour. James was professional and courteous, great to work with!
