Jonathan Zwart was probably the best service provider I have ever seen with household repair. He explained everything perfectly and didn't try to sell me stuff that was unnecessary. He even slapped on my keyless entry in about 30 seconds. Great employee. Needs a raise!

I choose your company because someone told me that you guys were reputable. From the inception of the call through the end of the service appointment, everything went perfectly. The original contact that I had on the phone with the agent was done very professionally. She was patient she listened to my concerns, she was very calm and she booked up an appointment for me as early as she could. I received a call from Jonathan the next day when he was on his way. He was on time he was very cordial, he was extremely knowledgeable, he showed me that I could trust him. The work he performed was satisfactory to me and it was done in a timely manner. After completion he explained to me how to operate the openers, the wall-mounted opener, and went through all the different system with me. I was impressed. I ask him to leave his business card because next time I have a problem, I want him to come and take care of it for me. Having employees like Jonathan will make your company more and more prosperous. I want to thank you for sending him over. BTW : he replaced the motor and drive chain, he tuned up all the springs, he added an outside keypad, and installed the safety lights on the door frames.

Garage door spring broke on one of the coldest nights of the year. I called Precision Garage Door at 7:15 the next morning, the technician was here less than an our later and he did the repair immediately. Wonderful service, would highly recommend.

Garage door works now. Didn’t appreciate the attempted hard sell for unnecessary “ repairs”. Not a good business practice.

It is not our practice to sell any unnecessary items, but we do believe in fixing it right the first time. This means we inspect every door and opener and note the condition of all parts and offer solutions to take care of anything we see as an issue. The customer always makes the decision for the solution that works for them before we start any work. I gave this review a four star, the fault of this entire experience was paying 50% more of the retailed price for a new garage remote. Other than that my issue did not need any repair just a new remote. Overall, I am pleased with their service however would advise with a word of cation to do some research on pricing.
