I'm a first time customer, but I'll go back to Precision whenever "garage" is involved in the future. We had an issue on Memorial Day and they scheduled a service call first thing the next morning. No waiting around wondering who would show up and when: they kept me updated on who would be coming to my house and exactly when he'd arrive. So appreciated. The technician (Josh) was great!! I received a phone call and text when he was on the way. He was polite, professional, friendly and did the job well. Took the time to explain what was needed and why and wasn't pushy on "optional" repairs. Nice to know Precision offers weekend service at no extra charge (although my service was done on a week day.)

Couldn’t ask for better service! From the first call I made to the work done by Jason, the technician nothing but first class treatment. I had a torsion bar spring break and it was replaced within 3 hours of my call even though the temperature was -4 F. Fasted service I have ever received when needing a garage door repair. I would recommend them to anyone!

Jason was the technician sent to repair our garage door. I offered him the chance to re-schedule because the weather was very cold. He said that wasn't a problem. He pointed out the repairs needed. We will have to decide which option we will pursue, but we won't proceed until we have warmer weather. We are able to manipulate the door manually. Jason represented your company in an exemplary manner. His explanations were clear and his work ethic seems exceptional.

Great experience. Eli was the best, possibly one of the best technicians I've had a my home. He was timely, polite and knew garage doors. After completion my door is operating like new. Prices were affordable. Would have them back but with the great job there will more than likely not be a need.
