Such quick service! A broken spring trapped my car in the garage, fortunately we had two cars already in the driveway (four drivers in the house). I called Precision on Sunday of Memorial Day weekend and it was fixed in less than 24 hours! Colton was very professional and helpful. It’s a 60 year old door and track. I’m sure we’ll be calling them again.

Our spring broke on a Sunday morning. I found your company on the internet as a local provider that was open. I called and spoke to a young lady, she explained my options and that there was an available appointment. Was that a plus and without emergency service fees. Not only did he come today, a Saturday, but the needed work was assessed and clearly explained along with the cost. Also completed was a 25-point inspection of both doors so we can plan for routine replacement and maintenance. A friendly professional tech, replacement parts readily available on the truck, and clean efficient work completed in a short time, all top-notch. Do not hesitate to call this company. This was our first door repair needed and it could not have been easier. They are our go-to company now!

The service was very prompt and professional. The technicians knew their stuff and finished the job quickly. The only objection was that the job was extremely expensive. $930 and it took them 45 minutes to complete. I do understand that there is a cost for quick good work and with a shortage of parts at this time it is necessary to pay up.

Garage door was sometimes not going up. Problem got progressively worse and eventually door would not go up. Called Precision and because of cold weather had to wait for a few days before Jonathan could get here. He came this morning and in a relatively short time fixed the problem. He took the time to walk me thru how the door works and what he had done to fix the problem. Also let me know what I could to to keep the door working. Lastly he explained what kind of door I had and what to expect if the door springs needed replacement. He was very knowledgable and personable. THANKS
