Wow. Very impressed with the quality of service and the knowledge and expertise of our technician Jonathan. Garage door opener was not working properly. Would not shut all the way down. Had to unhook and close manually for a couple of days. No easy task. Had no idea who to call and was dreading having to install a new opener. Took a chance with Precision and couldn’t be happier. Jonathan saw the problems immediately. The sensors, even though they had worked all these years, had been installed improperly. Also the power on the motor needed to be adjusted. He then did a full inspection and explained every single thing in easy to understand detail. I had him replace the rollers, and lube the parts. Everything running smooth and much quieter now. Great job Jonathan.

Precision OGDS was recommended to me by a friend who had recently had work done at his home by them. Everything he told me about the service he received was true. 1. Easy to schedule. 2. Arrived on time. Was scheduled to arrive between 8am-10am. I received a courtesy call at 7:30am on the day we were scheduled. The tech was there at 8:15am. Diagnosed the issue I'd been having for a year. Did NOT try to up sell me. Laid out 2 options and gave me quotes on both. 3. Replaced my old opener, wall pads & electronic eyes as requested. 4. The work was completed at 9:20am. 5. Alex explained the openers features, his companies and the manufactures warranties. Alex displayed professionalism, courtesy and common sense in his explanation's regarding my questions. 6. Cleaned up and disposed of old opener track and parts. Great service! Chad was here when they said he would. He was knowledgeable on the issue I was having with my garage door. I was able to get it fixed and working the same day as the consultation. The whole process took approximately an hour. He was able to give me an accurate quote before he started and answered all my questions. He gave recommendations and possible problems to look for in the future as my garage door ages. I was very impressed. I was positive I would need a whole new door and frame, I'm glad I had them come check it before I did that!

I managed to knock something loose on one of the rails of our garage door. Precision's tech came the next day, early after confirming that was OK, had it diagnosed and fixed in half an hour. Not cheap, but the peace of mind is so welcome. He did offer an up-sell of some brackets and wheels but that was easy to decline. No need at this time.

Our garage door broke last week and Jonathan was a great technician who explained EVERYTHING going on with that door and the pluses and minuses of the current set up. His suggestions for repairs plus additional tune-ups were on point and should extend the life of the garage door. Throughout the experience I've learned a few new things about our garage door maintenance and what to look for in case some new problems pop up. RE: Repair Adjustment 11/9/22 We had our overhead door become out of adjustment for some reason after a spring replacement by Precision in March 2022. Jonathan Zwart arrived soon after our call and did such an excellent job in adjustment that we commented that the door has never worked so well. Ever. That was a month ago and the door continues to be so quiet and so smooth in operation that we are very pleased. Mr. Zwart did a great job and reflects well on Precision Door Service. After I ran into the garage door backing out this morning, our technician Jonathan arrived on time, (actually early) quickly evaluated evaluated the fix and presented me with several options. He was very thorough and explained all options very clearly. He was not doing a high pressure sell to do anything more than we wanted. He then rehung and fixed the door better than my expectations. Jameson Leach...Very professional in every way. He arrived 5 minutes early...I LIKE THAT!! After the intros, he explained what he was going to do, grabbed his clipboard and went to it. He had the inspection done very quickly then explained why it was to our benefit to replace both springs instead of just the one broken spring. He also inspected the rollers, tracks, chain, motor and all other parts connected to the door. He had ALL the repairs, lubes, springs etc done within an hour. He also explained some maint. points that I was unaware of. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS GENTLEMAN AND THIS COMPANY FOR ALL GARAGE DOOR REPAIRS!!!
