The service provider arrived on time and was courteous and professional. He quickly identified the problem and made the necessary repair. He also identified potential future problems of my aging door and opener, and gave me an estimate to complete those repairs if I were to move ahead with them, which I appreciated. I will be calling them again in the spring.

My garage door crumpled the day before Thanksgiving at 5pm. Precision came out by Friday morning and the salesperson was responsive and helpful. He listened exactly to my needs and sold me an in stock door that fit my needs exactly. By the following Friday, a team was here installing. The team was friendly, respectful and efficient and the door and opener were replaced in under 4 hours. Excellent all around and made an otherwise aggravating process very painless! Highly recommend!!

We had a last minute issue with what I thought was our garage door opener. I booked last minute, was able to get an appointment for same day and the repairman came early. He said it was actually the garage door and he made the repairs and was done in a half hour. It’s working perfectly. Could not be happier with the service and quality of work.

INCREDIBLE! We had a VERY loud garage door. We booked an appointment and had outstanding service the next day. James is smart! He knows his stuff! James also inspected a smaller back garage door and fixed that up too. He informed us what should be replaced and the rationale. He provided an honest price upfront and allowed us to decide which repairs to complete. James completed the repairs the same day. Our garage door is so quiet now! James really did go above and beyond to ensure all would be good. The result is better than good, it’s perfect. If all your team members have the same dedication as James, you have a fantastic team. I had a wonderful experience today with Precision Door. I needed my seal on the bottom of my door replaced and I was able to get same day service! Gregg T. came out and actually reached out to my other company that had a sticker on my door that had replaced it last to see if it was still under warranty. I truly appreciated him checking on that on his own. It turned out it was not as I had spoken to them on the phone as well. I had Gregg install a brand new one for a better price than my previous company I had used. because of his gesture I know who I will call next time I need service! He made it a bit longer than the old one so I shouldn’t have any gaps. Gregg was very pleasant and professional and performed the service very efficiently. I will definitely call Precision Door again if I have any other Garage Door issues!

They got Chad to my home quick, he was honest, polite and thorough during the inspection. He gave me advice on what to watch out for ongoing and tips to avoid the problems from getting worse. The project I hoped for isn’t feasible due to several circumstances. I respected him telling me the truth rather than charging a couple thousand dollars and it failing/wrecking my weird garage entirely within a couple weeks!
