Hello! I was so pleased with my entire experience with your company. Adam came out and did a great job inspecting everything with me, gave me a detailed quote and did a great job. I had a new opener installed and replaced the springs and rollers. My door works beautifully now, no more noise! Adam was very friendly, professional and knowledgable. Such a pleasure to work with him. I really appreciate the detailed invoice, showing what each item cost. Also, communication with Adam was great. He called, came on time and did the work quickly. Jonathan exceeded my expectations, going above and beyond by educating me on what the exact issue was and several cost effective solutions. I was incredibly impressed with his knowledge of products and greatly appreciated Jonathan taking the time to explain things to me in a language I could understand. I am extremely impressed and satisfied with doing business with you great company. I called before 8:00 AM and was told you could send a technician between 8 AM and 10 AM. At 9 AM Colton Sanders called to say he would be over within a half hour. He arrived approximately 9:30. He quickly sized up the situation and did a great recap of what needed to be done along with the charges. We agreed with what needed to be done along with the applicable charges. He had a lot to do and he had it all done by 10:35 AM. My wife and I were so impressed how quickly he got everything done so quickly. My personal opinion he is a master technician and you guys are very fortunate to have him on your staff. He was very polite, professional and provided the best possible customer service. He did many things. Where it says purchase of a new product, if you look at my invoice you can see all that he did. Thank you

Our technician Brian was excellent! Very pleasant but also professional. He told what was needed now but also what was needed down the line. We live in a house new to us and are in the process of updating various mechanical systems—water purification, heating, air conditioning and so forth. We saw Precision’s ad on TV and gave them a call to come an look over our garage door. The person on the phone was pleasant and well informed. An appointment was set. A person, Alex, came on time, reviewed with me the condition of our door and the repairs he could make with a cost estimate. He proceeded to do his work and reviewed it with me. He provided preventative maintenance tips and we paid our bill. All was done professional and cordially. The door works fine!

Faced with an open door because of broken spring and damaged cables on a cool December afternoon. Dead in the water for what I thought would be at least a week I called Precision and Adam was dispatched within the hour. Problem solved ... along with a very professional inspection of other doors. We called Precision Garage Door because when we called the ones we have used before, it sounded like they really didn't care if they did the work or not. Your company far exceeded our expectations. Our garage door runs smoother than when it was installed ca. 13 years ago! We have had a few companies come and service our garage door and our overall feeling was that they only did what was necessary while telling us that it could NOT be done better. Brian explained all of our options, showed us what parts, etc. he was talking about, but left us to freely make our own decision. My neighbor recommended Precision Garage Door when the spring and cable broke on my garage door. I received top notch, excellent service beginning with the phone call to schedule my appointment through the completion of the work on my garage door. I was so happy that a technician, James, would be available to begin repairs so quickly! Step by step he thoroughly explained what he would be doing, beginning with surveying the damage, then presenting the options I had to choose from, and what the cost would be for each one. I really appreciated that James visually showed me the parts that were damaged. He did an awesome job of explaining each option and answered all of my questions. Once I decided on the option, James gave me an estimate of time to complete the work. When the work was completed, James showed me everything he had done, and I was amazed how perfectly the door was now operating! It has been a few days now since the work was done, and my garage door is operating so smoothly and quietly! Thank you James! You are an amazing technician! You are so professional and kind. A good job on needed repair was done by Mike and Patrick. I had a window of 10-12 and Tom called at 10:00 to inform me that Mike was running a little behind and wouldn’t be to my house until noon, which I appreciated. My garage door broke and I had a car full of groceries. I managed to get the door up but was afraid to close it. I saw an ad on tv the next morning for Precision Doors and it was like someone knew I needed help. I called and the repair man was here within 4 hours. My technician knew what to do and had broken springs replaced in about an hour. He was very knowledgeable and friendly and made me feel like I was in good hands. Jameson came out within minutes of contacting Precision. Spent an hour fixing the sensor short/signal weakness, and thereafter, half a dozen other tightenings, lubrication and improvements. Extremely knowledgeable. Lots of good annual/routine advice for DIY door and unit maintenance yourself. Smart, professional, conscientious. All the things boomers like myself sometimes say the younger generations don't possess. They ought to meet Jameson! If you live in Eden Prairie, or SW 'burbs I'd ask for him personally.

Just WOW!!! We called Precision Door when all of sudden our garage door failed to open on 12/20. I called them because of their ad on Garage Logic with Joe Schousaray. Within TWO HOURS Colton was here and gone after a thorough inspection, diagnosis of the status and problem, and a complete repair of the garage door. We couldn’t be more thrilled! Colton is an amazing employee for your company: kind, respectful, a pleasure to talk with, and an extremely accomplished technician. We loved his explanation with pictures and written explanation on his iPad. We had an email with all the copy of what was accomplished the second he walked out the door. I told Colton he was fantastic and that I’d be sending Joe an email for his Garage Logic podcast ad! We are so grateful for your wonderful work. You have a new customer for as long as we live here….and we will pass the word!
