Sorry, nothing was wrong with the door, what ever I heard yesterday of course was not there today, so Rudy oiled all the wheels checked everything over to make sure nothing was missed, replaced a light bulb which was burned out. The experience was pleasant, learned a little bit more about the openers the connection between the installed one in the garage and inside the house, and the portable once from the cars which I thought needed new batteries and probably did not. Everything is working fine. I will give it a 5 Ursula

One of our garage door lift springs broke on a Sunday afternoon. Your service person Devon came to the house that evening, replaced both springs, adjusted & lubricated the door. Problem solved. No one likes to deal with garage issues. But if you do, I would highly recommend Precision Door Service! My garage door opener recently died. I called Precision and they offered to send someone out the same day. From the initial contact to the end of the service, everyone was very helpful, professional, and knowledgeable. Rudy (technician) explained all my options for a new garage door opener as well as the prices (fair) and the ins & outs of each. What I liked best is that it was just an honest explanation (as opposed to the typical salesman push to buy the most expensive as you often get with the plumber, furnace, etc.). The installation was done well and quickly. Altogether the quality of service was exemplary!

The nightmare and challenge we provided Jason was quickly repaired with new parts and piece of mind the job was performed correctly. Tom Hartmon was such a professional! He took one look at my garage door and knew what the problem was. He had all of the parts in his truck and in a short time, my garage door opened like a charm. He even was able to make it quieter when opening and closing! He gave me a lot of valuable information on regular maintenance of the door to prevent future problems. I would recommend this company and Tom to anyone!

Great communication from appointment confirmation through arrival of service technician (Jason). He was very knowledgeable & friendly. Jason did a complete inspection of the garage door and all components. He then clearly explained repair options and pricing. Once we reviewed and approved the quote, Jason quickly completed the repairs. GREAT JOB! I will use PDS again. I would recommend them to friends and family.

Our garage door broke suddenly on a Thursday and Precision Door was able to come the following afternoon to fix it. Ruddy did an amazing job. He was friendly and professional. He arrived promptly, and quickly assessed and explained our door situation. I appreciated that he gave me several repair and price options. Within an hour the job was done. The installer was okay. The problem I have is the strategy around trying to sell me things I don’t need when I called to get my garage door fixed. Do not try contacting me with an apology because that doesn’t change the strategy. I get that you have to make money, but using scare tactics to try to get me to replace working parts is incredibly disappointing.
