Our garage door was only opening a few inches then would stop. Bryce from Precision Garage Doors came out to assess. Bryce was right on time, did a multi-point inspection and determined that the problem was old/undersized springs. Bryce's inspection turned up a few other things that could have been addressed. We declined the other work due to the age of the door itself, with no pushback or hard-sell from Bryce. He replaced the springs and adjusted settings on the opener itself as well. The door is operating perfectly now. Would definietly definitely hire again.

One year ago, Precision in Western Wisconsin covering River Falls installed a new garage door opener that I picked out, and new key pads. Everything is already in their truck. They came prepared, fixed my problem. I paid up with my credit card, it was seamless All in one trip. The installers were professional and knowledgeable, no pressure employees, and took time to show me some maintenance too. They tuned everything up so when they left it was ready to go. Even installed my password as I asked. My living room is above my garage, and the opener turned out to be too noisy for me. I knew they were a quality company, so I didn't expect this. I wrote a review mentioning it. I really didn't expect the company to read it, just potential customers reading reviews. I received a call from the owner who read it and wanted to make it right. He came out himself and installed a quieter one at no charge. Very, very impressive! It's a year later. Still quiet. No problems. When my other garage door needs to be replaced, or I need a repair, I will be calling them. The action activated bright garage light on the opener is a big plus too! Thank you!

Chris did a fabulous job explaining my options for a new garage door and was able to give me estimates on the spot, and was able to customize my door to my liking. Pretty straightforward garage door issues, but Gregg was professional and clear on what was necessary to get the door working again and what was wearing out but not critical. No hard sells, told me the price up front. And he stayed well past when his day should have been over to make sure we were up and running again.

Outstanding service call and repair by Brian, who was thorough, candid, and honest. I couldn’t ask for a better experience. A different local company was going to charge $169 just for a service call, and didn’t disclose that until I asked specifically. Precision charges $85 for the service call, and waives that fee if/when any repairs or parts are needed. Best customer service I’ve experienced in a long time from any company.
