From start to finish this was a pleasant experience, all done by noon same day! Prompt and polite customer service answered call to schedule appt. Offered 2 hour windows all day. Confirmed via text and email. The technician Devon also called and texted me to see if he could come early - yes! Devon was knowledgeable and polite. Explain the costs of each procedure. He even know when Precision's last visit to our house was, and what they did. Devon completed the tasks in 30 minutes. Awesome job. Doors hum.

Wow, this company provides some of the best service I have ever experienced anywhere! Our garage door stopped working on Saturday night, and I needed to get my car out for a business trip on Sunday. I called at 8pm on a Saturday, and a LIVE PERSON answered! I almost fell out of my chair. She set up an appointment for 8am the next morning (Sunday!), and the guy pulled up at 7:59am. He had the door fixed within 20 minutes, and the cost was extremely reasonable. I will always come back to this company for garage door service. I wish they did other types of service, too!

The first thing I did after Devon left was to tape his business card to the garage wall in case it ever breaks again I know exactly to call. Could not be happier with him. He had my door fixed in about 20 minutes and even helped me fix a small problem on my other garage door. I can’t recommend Devon enough.

I did a little research before I settled on this company to fix the broken springs on my garage door. Making the appointment was super easy. We happened to be busy the day of so I had to call back to change my appointment to the next day. The customer service rep I spoke with was very nice and made a new appointment for me in no time. I appreciated that they did not make me wait more than a minute to speak to a rep. Our technician Devon was super informational and professional. He gave me a curiously call to ask if he could come by a little early, which I did not mind at all. My husband asked him tons of questions and he was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. It only took about an hour from the time Devon arrived to the time he replaced the springs. I would recommend Precision Door to anyone who needs any garage fix. SHOUT OUT to Devon! He did a great job with a positive attitude. It's hard now a day to get service with good attitude. That truly made this experience amazing.

Precision Door Service was amazing to work with! We were having issues with our old garage door opener and needed it replaced. Two springs broke on Saturday morning. Precision sent Technician Devon Nelson to the rescue. By 3:00pm the door was back in working order. Devon was on top of his game. I was unfortunate enough to go out to my garage to find I had broken torsion spring and my garage door would not open. This on a Sunday morning. I was fortunate enough to come across your website this morning saying you were open on a Sunday for service calls. After using your "chat" function on the website describing what my predicament was, John Holton, one of Precision Door Services technicians was dispatched to my home. John was polite and immediately went to work assessing my door and what was needed to repair it. He gave me a detailed estimate of what it would take and after I agreed immediately went to work. Some 2 hours later my door was operating as though it were new again. John knew that I had done this type of work before so there was no trying to get me to do something and spend money I didn't need to. I would recommend Precision Door Service to anyone. They perform as advertised which is a rarity these days.

Thank you for the quick response to my request for the repair of a broken torsion spring. When your technician, Akayla Porter, arrived he said your company does not work on EZ-Set torsion spring systems and suggested replacement with a more traditional torsion assembly. I couldn't agree more having had to replace EZ spring sets twice over a relatively short period of time. While the EZ-Set was easy to install and tune, I was very disappointed with the longevity of the springs themselves. Akayla was personable and efficient, answering all my questions as he quickly swapped out my old system with one that appears to be much more durable. Thanks again.

It looks Soooooo much nicer than the 50y.o. door that was replaced! Thank you for your service and for disposing of our old door in an environmentally responsible way.

I picked Precision because when I googled garage door repair your company came up offering service today (Christmas Eve) and I had just been stood up for a scheduled appointment by another company. Jon came at the appointed time about three hours later and fixed our broken door and upgraded both our garage doors and re-did my codes on one of them as well. I was very pleased with the service today. I will call Precision first next time.
