We had a super experience with Precision Garage Door- Our main garage door got caught and bent not only the door panels but the rails. PGD came out immediately the day we called and got it closed as it was a super cold and snowy day. We ended up having to order a new door due to the extensive damage. The whole process was quick, easy, friendly and extremely professional. Our new doors were installed yesterday and the team was so helpful and efficient. Even educating us that our existing openers could be used remotely, which we had not idea about! So far ,so great!

Alex, the serviceman, arrived on time. He thoroughly reviewed the work done last summer, as I thought the spring was included in the major repair from Precision Garage Door. He explained that it wasn't; many things were repaired except the rollers and spring, which he then repaired. He also explained the warranty; most components should be under warranty by Precision Garage Door, so I shouldn't have to worry for a while. It was reassuring. Great service! Thank you!
