Duncan came out to look at my garage door opener on Saturday, on time! He was nice, knowledgeable, and helpful. He said the opener was most likely the original and was over 30 years old and obsolete! He did a replacement in a swift manner and and explained it to me. Thank you!

We were beyond thrilled with the service of Jason S., on behalf of Precision. He greeted us professionally and politely. He provided honest estimates and recommendations. We loved that we received a picture and short bio of the technician coming to our house, prior to his arrival. This allowed us to feel safe and trust the service we would be receiving. We initially had the company out to give an estimate on repairs or possible replacement. We ultimately went with the full package replacement of opener, springs, rollers, eyes, remotes. Jason was great. Arrived on time, and hit the ground running. After hearing my problem, from experience he quickly made a prognosis and the issues were resolved. Late this afternoon, my garage door refused to close after a number of attempts. I finally called Precision Door Service for help, worried that it may be too late for anyone to come to my home and I did not want the garage door to remain open overnight. Happily the service technicians were able to arrive shortly after my call and quickly solved the problem. The technicians were professional, polite and pleasant. Thank you!

My door still jerks when opening.Jason changed the position of the J hook and offered to change some bearings ,which I feel would be unnecessary. I still feel the springs are unbalanced.

I subscribe to the HSA Warranty program and rely on them to screen vendors for reliability and quality. They recommended Precision to me and I was very pleased with the service I received. The two gentlemen who came to my house were very professional. on time and pointed out other problems that could cause problems in the future, so we were able to take a proactive stance to prevent inconveniences down the road. Amazing service! From the lady who made my appointment to the repair technician, Jason S....the experience was awesome! Jason took the time to explain everything without me having to ask. So often repair techs forget that we don't know the parts like they do. Jason showed me pictures on his tablet so I could see things up close. He was seriously awesome! Best service ever!! I received an email appointment confirmation when I booked the service. I recieved a call from the tech that they were on their way & an email with a photo of the tech. They arrived on time. Gave me a thorough estimate & explanation of the problem. The repair was finished in less than 1 hour. Compkete walk rhroufh when completed explaining everything they fixed or repaired. Best service company. I would recommend them to everyone, including my mother!!!!
