Late this afternoon, my garage door refused to close after a number of attempts. I finally called Precision Door Service for help, worried that it may be too late for anyone to come to my home and I did not want the garage door to remain open overnight. Happily the service technicians were able to arrive shortly after my call and quickly solved the problem. The technicians were professional, polite and pleasant. Thank you!

My door still jerks when opening.Jason changed the position of the J hook and offered to change some bearings ,which I feel would be unnecessary. I still feel the springs are unbalanced.

I subscribe to the HSA Warranty program and rely on them to screen vendors for reliability and quality. They recommended Precision to me and I was very pleased with the service I received. The two gentlemen who came to my house were very professional. on time and pointed out other problems that could cause problems in the future, so we were able to take a proactive stance to prevent inconveniences down the road. Amazing service! From the lady who made my appointment to the repair technician, Jason S....the experience was awesome! Jason took the time to explain everything without me having to ask. So often repair techs forget that we don't know the parts like they do. Jason showed me pictures on his tablet so I could see things up close. He was seriously awesome! Technician Jason called 30 mins prior to scheduled arrival and arrived as planned. He completed garage door safety check and pointed out what needed repairing. After providing an estimate, he made the repairs, completing them within 1.5 hours. Final invoice matched estimate and copy of completed safety checklist, including photos, was e-mail to be, as promised. Jason was professional and did a great job....I would recommend Jason and Precision for garage repairs.

I responded to an ad for $99 per door to silence doors. 3 out of our 4 doors were quite noisy. I also needed a new seal and needed to have a door adjusted to that it would align with the floor. Rudy Vallejos listened intently, did his own inspection and then came back with three different estimates. The middle bid took care of everything I was concerned about for $300. That was less than I expected. The top estimate was $440. I it included replacing some rusted parts I had not noticed. There was no pressure to spend more, but he was right. It was worth doing. Tony was great. A wonderful, open personality while staying focused on his work. In less than two hours he worked on three different doors. They are all now working correctly and more quietly than they have done in years.
