Devon Nelson came out at 8 pm on a Saturday night to fix my door. He was awesome great attitude laid out what was going to happen gave me options and fixed everything in an hour. Setting up the appointment was easy and timely and I appreciated the friendly customer service. The Technician (Devon Nelson) showed up on time and immediately started to diagnose the problem. Devon was very friendly, engaging, well organized and efficient. He quickly diagnosed the problem and immediately removed the faulty garage door opener and replaced it with a similar belt drive garage door opener, as well as all of the remotes and the hard wired opener inside the garage. When the job was completed, Devon cleaned everything up and hauled away all of the discarded materials. He completed the project in about two hours. I am very pleased with Precision Door Service (They repaired another garage door previously) and would highly recommend them for a professional and reasonably priced garage door related repair or installation!

Our experience with them was very good. Contacted them after hours and they returned the call within the hour. Devon show up for the estimate on time and answer all of our questions. The install crew of Chris and Eric were very good also. They were very professional on the install. They also did a great job cleaning up after the job and hauling away the old damaged door. Lastly, I was not originally aware of a discount coupon for the door when I paid. I called Kristi after the fact and she credited my account immediately. No problem! Overall our experience was very good!

Every thing went fine. The installers were courteous and friendly. Our only issue is that the garage door barely misses our pick-up truck when closing. (less than 1/8" clearance) Wedidn't know that until we parked it in the garage later that day. Something needs to be done.

I was impressed with your 5 star ratings on your website. Your phone was answered professionally and service was arranged with same day service. Jason Schuster was tech that came. He called to let me know when he would arrive, was thorough on his review of my current opener only 4 years old showing me where it was defective and giving me options to fix or replace. Since I had other issues with current opener in the past I chose replacement. Jason installed new opener and now I’m all set. He even programmed my car with opener! Very happy with product and service.

On the Sunday before Christmas weekend, late morning, Precision was able to send a tech out to replace the broken spring on our garage door (discovered the hard way when the door wouldn't raise for us to get the car out). Their tech, Alex Stack, was extremely prompt and cheery (in clear contract to the stress I was feeling, worrying how I was going to get the car out of the garage to get to work and run errands). When we called the company, they gave an estimate for when they would arrive, but Alex also communicated a closer estimate by calling us about 15 mins to his arrival, so we were able to clean the house and carry on with our baby rather than wait by the door. He arrived within an hour or so of our call to the company, and he fixed the spring within an hour or so of arriving. The door works great now, just like new. He was clear about the cost, it was affordable and reasonable, and Alex's service was exceptional. I would call this company again for any garage door service I need. I recommend them hands down.

Technician was very friendly and helpful. Would have given 5 stars if they didn't charge me 200 bucks for a sprocket replacement kit that you can get on Amazon for 20 bucks. Next time I'll go a few days without a garage door opener and fix it myself. Wish I would have priced the kit before they fixed it. Won't be calling these guys again! What a ripoff!

We bought the new garage door opener motor w wifi, and had the rollers replaced. SO quiet, you can hardly hear it open and close. Rudy called to tell me when to expect him; gave me options; did a great installation; explained everything thoroughly; very likable guy. I'm feeling great about it.
