I called Precision Garage Door after I discovered a broken roller on my garage door. Brian arrived 2 hours later and did a complete inspection on both of my doors. He discovered a weak spring, worn rollers, and one of our openers was showing signs of excessive metal on metal wear. Brian was able to provide everything we needed immediately out of the inventory in his van. Three hours later we had completely reconditioned garage doors and new openers with enhanced capabilities over our old openers (incredibly quiet!). Brian was knowledgeable and was excellent at explaining everything. His installation was excellent and he cleaned up everything and took all of the old, failed parts. Thanks Brian and Precision Garage Doors!

I made an appointment online and Gregg the technician was on the way 15 minutes later. He diagnosed the problems and made all necessary repairs. Everything works great and he was very informative about our new system. I couldn’t be happier with him and the company. I used them at my previous house a few years ago and got the same great service. I would never call anyone else for garage door service. Outstanding company.

I have had an issue with my garage door that would only occur at very cold temperatures. Adam came out and did an inspection and safety audit. I had him make his recommended repairs and the garage doors work great! Now, that it is very cold currently, I am happy to note that I am not experiencing my earlier issue. Thank you, Adam!

Brian was our service technician. We had issues with a bowing garage door. It would not close. We thought we would need a new garage door. When he arrived he assured us it was an easy fix. He fixed it very quickly. The next day he came back and did some minor adjustments to make it perfect. He is very professional and knows what he is doing. He is friendly and explains everything. I would highly recommend Brian.

The service wasn’t cheap, but it was first class all the way from being able to schedule an immediate appointment, communication by the tech prior to arriving, good communication to assess the door, excellent repair, and the lifetime warranty. I was very satisfied with the experience.

***This company is Not looking to service new customers. I have a fairly new Liftmaster garage door opener that Liftmaster sent warrantied parts to me for repair. I was simply looking for a contractor to install the parts sent to me by the warranty team at Liftmaster. Obviously more than willing to pay the service call and hourly fees needed to have it repaired. This company refused to book any appointment because 'I didn't buy the parts through them', however, I didn't purchase the parts at all, they were provided under warranty. They also won't work with Liftmaster for this warranty on my behalf because I didn't buy the original unit through them. So basically, they are trying to force any new customers to buy a brand new unit or buy parts through them which in my case is completely unnecessary as my unit is still very new and under it's original warranty. In these times, I am surprised that a company like this can't come out and charge for the service call and labor hours they put into a repair. I only found their name because they constantly advertise in the Valpak coupons so it's confusing they despite all their advertising they turned down business. Very disappointing and I would not recommend this company for new customers. ***Update due to reply from owner on 2/5/24*** Reply from owner shows they have not read my review above in detail. I already stated above "This company refused to book any appointment" yet they seem to assume they already came out to my residence and just failed to quote the job. In reality, they wouldn't even bother giving me the time of day to come out for a consultation appointment, instead just turning me away right from the start on the phone.
