It was easy to set up an appointment, and the Tech arrived on time and was professional and provided very good customer service. (This is valued and really stands out in today's market!) He completed replacing the 2 springs, the cables and bearings in an hour. I find Precision to be very customer focused and the leadership team as well as service technicians care about the customer. (I also received a past customer and a senior citizen discount - all of which helps!)
