I called them explained my issue with my garage door opener, they sent a tech out within the hour. He explained what he would do to try to resolve the problem. I opted to have it replaced as my unit was over 20 years old. Bryce (my technician) installed the new unit, made sure it functioned and explained all the instructions of the very updated unit. I would recommend them!

Had PGD come and replace a broken spring on my old wood garage door about 6 months ago. Door seemed heavy to me after awhile so they sent a tech out and warrantied a part and adjusted it at no charge. Both service techs were great and they stand behind their work! Totally recommend without hesitation.
