When we came home on a Friday night and put our truck away, and the garage door fell to the floor, we felt like we were stuck until Monday. Then we remembered Precision Garage Door from Garage Logic and got on the computer and found that we could get a technician as early as 8am the next day! Not cheap but quality service. Options were given and an explanation was shared as to which option to select. As the installer was finishing up, I noticed that he was oiling the rollers on the door that he was not repairing. That say a ton about the quality of service and the integrity of the company!!

Precision is great. Had them out to service the doors that were on my house when I bought it in 2019, knowing they were on their last leg. Had a great experience so when it came time to replace them, I got the new garage doors from precision in 2022 and had another really positive experience. I recently self insulated my garage doors and then started having trouble with them so I scheduled an appointment (online in like 60 seconds it was so easy) for a tech to come out for a tune up and again can’t speak highly enough of the service. Adam had them up and running in no time. Can’t beat their customer service, communication, & pricing. Highly recommend.

My tech, Gregg Traylor, arrived ahead of the scheduled appointment window. He was highly professional. He completed a thorough examination of the door opener and took photos. Gregg gave a complete explanation of his findings and suggested remedies. The installation of a new opener was required. He started the work immediately and completed the installation in about 90 minutes. I didn't pay the invoice until he had reviewed the installation and answered all questions to my satisfaction. I was very happy with the completed work. Gregg's pleasant personality was a bonus.
